I didn't realize I could mass change character owner permissions.
EVERY design of mine that should be on the site should have been changed to all transfer permissions.
If you specifically want it OFF for any reason, let me know. It SHOULD be all permissions by default, which is my setting.
If for ANY reason a design is still missing permissions, please let me know in the comments below.

All I know is there was a "default" setting, which I HAD as all permissions allowed, but it didn't seem to work all the time..? or something like that?

Yeah! Like I swear every time I’ve had a char made by you it’s set on that by default?? idk...
Maybe it needs to be refreshed every once and a while as new chars get made? hm
