Trading/Permissions Redux

I'm now done with the trade offers thread I had set up before, so I'm going to be unhiding a bunch of my characters!

However this means that the previous rule of "you can offer on anything not labeled NFT" no longer applies.

If interested in offering on trades for any of my characters, please stick to characters in my "offer" tag, and these characters only:
