The character in question

been searching him for literally years, and yet I've had no luck to this day :S
his original name was Single but idk if it still keeps it

so I traded it years ago (around 2016-2017 I think)
but the person I traded the character to later traded this character again, and since then it's probably that this character has been traded multiple times
there is no track of the trading or who owns the character now

so if anyone has seen or knows who owns it, please let me know! I'd really like to get him back ; v ;

EDIT: Okok I'm gonna list a few things that I mentioned in the comments that could help in the search!

I still don't know if this character has been uploaded to Toyhouse
- The character is not credited to me, I tried to search all my designs here as Off-site and On-site Designer, but I couldn't find this character
- I also searched tags such as "blue" "dog" "oc" "scarf" etc, I think I looked through all the pages from oldest to first, but I wasn't able to see it
That was a while ago, so there must be new characters under these tags, I still do not rule out the possibility that this character could possibly be on toyhouse now
I didn't have a Toyhouse account back when I traded them, the character was traded through Deviantart's sta.sh
- It's probably that all the trading history has been kept private
- I also remember people using Google Hangouts or Skype in that time, Toyhouse wasn't very well known, so it's very likely that the person didn't have a toyhouse account
- I originally traded the character to @//Skriblo around 2017, they didn't have a toyhouse account back then, and they also had a different username at that moment
I asked them multiple times a while ago, but they say that they don't remember to who they traded the character, so the current owner remains unknown
I am the creator of the design
- The art shown was drawn by me
- I tried searching through Google Images search with every piece of art I have of him, but I didn't find anything
- It's possible that the person who owns the character now might not know that I made the design, since there wasn't a design credit system, people would usually just trade the ref sheet or a random drawing of the character
I'll keep updating the list if I get more info to share!

Are you planning to bring him back if you don't find him? I have a bad feeling the person who got the character might have stopped engaging in the community or just completely forgot about him. I'm not sure if that's okay to do because if the owner suddenly returns and sees you using it they might accuse you of theft.. What a terrible situation. I hope he will be found.

I have thought about it, no one seems to have seen this character since 2018-2019 until now, which makes me think that the chances that the character is no longer used or that it has been completely forgotten are even higher
I've had planned on doing a complete redesign, which could work as a completely independent character, but I'd still like to keep the old design and such, since the reason I want him back is merely nostalgic
So I really don't know what to do XD

hi! im so late to this bulletin (lmao) but i had a similar problem where i couldn't find a certain design of mine until someone told me they found the design here on toyhouse, the only problem was that the character i made wasn't credited to me, but was credited to the person i first traded the character to, so maybe you should try searching skriblo's socials instead? i don't know, it might work, especially that your name isn't written in the designs art.

worst case scenario is that this character is forgotten, the person who owns them now already quit the community, i don't want to be that person but it is very likely that is the case

I thought so! I have tried searching designs credited to Skriblo, with all the variants of their past usernames I can remember, in and outside of Toyhouse too
Unfortunately I didn't find anything ^^'

also it seems like it? someone has said to have seen a drawing with the character in 2019, although the art seems to be deleted
if that's the case, I don't know if it would be wrong to just,, bring them back, or just forget about them forever :P

I've wanted to bring some of my old ocs back ^^
I traded many of them years ago because I thought I wouldn't be using them anymore
but idk I just got a sudden wave of nostalgia and I miss them now XD I'm probably not going to trade my ocs ever again

I'm not sure on how i can help but you might wanna try looking on amino too! (Adopts amino was popular around that time so maybe the design ended up there) if not then i hope you'll find this fella soon!

I can't seem to find any search by date engines, or anything that can help me searching, so it'd be kinda impossible to look through all existing posts about adopts

Mh...no i don't think there's that option, but you can still try with some key words there or since your designs should be pretty popular you could try "TerenryRm design ufo", as i said before the most easy amino that it could've been son in would be adopts so i'd suggest to start from there, but there could be multiple like furry amino or animation amino!

I don't think the person that owns the character knows that I've made the design, people would usually just trade the design without giving credit
I also didn't tend to sell adopt designs back when I traded them, so pretty much no one knew me for my designs, and I wasn't very well known either

I tried to do some quick search but all I found was people impersonating me there, idk what did I expect XD

Oh welp, aside from amino the only other place i know is deviantart so that's your biggest chance at finding them, good luck with searching!💙🌌

Np! afaik thats stealing a character, I hope you find it! I would check the deviantart account of the person you gave it to, or accounts of people they might've given it to. Good luck again!

I have a couple of questions to help find this character:

1. Did you have a past toyhou.se account, before this one? If you do, I suggest that you go search for it. If you had drawn this OC before on a different account, you could search through your old account in your art section, to try and find something, then its a straight link to the character.

2. Are you the creator of this character? If you created it, then it must be in your designs section on your profile (or perhaps a past one). This is crucial, because then you could put in the search bar in toyhou.se your old username, and it could search up the character.

3. If you didn't create his character, then do you know who? If you do, I suggest you see if they have a toyhou.se account. If they don't have a toyhou.se, then perhaps you should find out if they have a DA or Insta or something, you could then ask them if they know.

4. Did you favorite this character on this toyhou.se page or a previous one? If you did, you should consider looking through the favorites to see if you can find them.

5. Do you know who drew those images? If you do, I suggest to try and find the artist on toyhou.se. If you can, then either contact them (if they are still active), or look through their art section.

This may take a while, but have you tried checking your DeviantArt notes or comment history?

I remember to who I traded them though! But later the person traded the character and lost track of who owns them now

Maybe you can ask them to look at their comment history and go down the line from there?

I don't think the character was traded through the comments section, it could have possibly been traded through notes, but the first person I traded the character to isn't on DA anymore and deleted their account

Maybe use your name as a tag when you're searching? On TH, that is.

I remember the person I traded the character to made some art of them, but that was around 2017 I think!
their account is currently deactivated so the art was probably deleted
Not sure if the art you saw could have been that one
I also made multiple posts on my Deviantart asking for this character, one in 2018 I think, and another one in 2019-2020
So it's possible you've seen it around!
