I don't have a huge beef with the otherkin community as a whole, just certain people who skeeve me right off...
But considering the drama recently I would like to make it clear:
feel free to enjoy my characters and relate to them but DO NOT kin as them.
Please.
And if you feel you really have to for your mental health hmu privately, let me know which character and why???
Because if you resonate that strongly with certain ones, I would be way more comfortable trading/selling/giving them to you so you have control over what you feel.
If you see any of my characters being used by those who are not me (either their art, or as OCs or face claims, or as kin) please let me know via PM or discord or Twitter or something!

Oh geeze uh
P much it's that you're not you, you're some other person so like people who think they're really a dragon/elf/vampire/trol/etc are otherkin (because they ID with a species they aren't).
Some people kin with a fictional character (fictionkin) and believe they are the fictional character
And then there are people who kin with original characters which is a subset to that. It's like a reverse persona??? Except some people are kinning with other people's OCs and it's just awful all around
