legit it made it worth buying when it was announced
It's not a proper sequel - it's a final mix so it's the original game + some of the extra stuff from the phone ports + more. We get to learn about Hype-tan!

We might get a 3ds version too. Not enough details. I have legit tweeted Nintendo no less than 4 times since the news dropped for more info
