Hi everyone! Our staff is super excited to hand you our first official newsletter for the month, where we'll be announcing our monthly event, collab, and prompt!

We'll also be giving you a loose schedule of our plans for the month in this post!

For a mermay special event,
our theme is DEEP SEA EXPLORATION!

Our monthly prompt and adoptables will be themed after this, exploring the bottom of the ocean to find what's deep below... who knows, maybe you could find a friend?

More information and rules will be stated below!

As part of our mermay event, we're excited to announce that Coelunes are collabing with Dreadnauts!

For this CocoeNauts collab, we will be auctioning two crossbreed adoptables!
Made by ShibaKiba + nightbuns / jinxcode, these adopties will go up on May 7th, so keep an eye out!

PROMPT RULES + REWARDS

Through the monthly prompt, all participants are able to attain our species currency, moonstones, which can later be exchanged for MYO slots & upgrades.

All participants will earn one moonstone for participating in the event!

On July 1st, we will hold a vote for the favorite entry.

There will be one winner + runner-up for illustrated submissions, and one winner + runner-up for written submissions.

The rules are as follows:

THEME

All submissions must follow the theme of the event: DEEP SEA EXPLORATION.
This theme means anything related to the ocean & the deep sea! You have a lot of freedom with this, we want you to have fun.
ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE 100% PG-13, SFW!

ART SUBMISSIONS

All submissions must have a Coelune.
Adding a Dreadnaut to your submission will earn you a point in both species!
The art piece must have at least a clean sketch, flat colors minimum, and show a waist up or a full body.
If your piece counts for both events, you must submit them in both events. The Dreadnauts prompt can be found here!

WRITING SUBMISSIONS

All submissions must have a Coelune.
Adding a Dreadnaut to your submission will earn you a point in both species!
The minimum word count is 450+.
