Yea, Gaia is pretty bad for stuff like that tbh. It makes me a tad worried about my account getting banned. My first account was hacked into and banned a few months after I got it. I've since tried to contact gaia about getting the ban off my old account lifted, but as far as I'm aware I've never even gotten a response from them at all to this day. Though I haven't tried to get it again in years, or even thought about it tbh. Still, sorry you lost the account and I hope you got more info <3

I have a couple mule accounts, so if you ever want to borrow one to try and contact them yourself your welcome to. I really don't care that much if one of those ones end up being removed or anything. I normally just use it to sell cheaper stuff I don't want taking up the precious sales slots on my main.

Naw it's fine. I really dont wanna get on that site unless it's as me. It just really sucks cause like I had trades and stuff that are in limbo, as well as the fact that I was supposed to release an item with a user which obvs didnt happen when I got banned.
And then when i had asked if it's possible to just do it in that users name they said no because the ticket was on my account :/ even though I showed records that he paid for his half of it which really sucks :(((

if you can just contact a moderator regarding the ban of the user "feather weather" requesting clarity, that would be great because the information given was vague and did not actually say what the infraction was :/
quite literally, a day after i was banned i opened a ticket in july, and then requested info again in august because i never got a response. it's freaking march the year after and all i got was "you need to create an account to speak with a moderator for more information" which... negates the whole concept of a help desk. and also makes no sense since you'd think they wouldn't want someone who was banned making new accounts???
