"Oh, hey there! Welcome to the City! Pay no mind to the damage to the side of this tower I'm on, I just finished... dueling... a friend. Anyway, allow me to show you around!"
An NPC event is in essence a prompt offered by an NPC (perhaps an adventure or some kind of special errand) that awards Memories when completed. You may only obtain a Memory 2 times per event; however, you can get the Axial Engram rewards as many times as you want!
