Ive been wanting to ask, is it ever explained why Ayşes pupils are different? Also how the heck do you pronounce her name? Like Ace?

Ah, her blindness is due to scar tissue, and one pupil is milkier than the other because it is more heavily damaged! :D And!! The ş is pronounced as an "sh" sound♡ so, Ay-sheh! :]

I read up on the comic every few weeks. I just wanted to say that I absolutely love the magic system you guys have created, particularily Ayse explaining how the threads and distance works. It's so well constructed, yet leaves so much room for inventive uses that I'm really looking forward to seeing where the story goes.
I do have a question. I seem to remember that there was an older version of the comic, with a different layout and hosted on your own website. What happened to it and where did the decision to restart the comic on webtoons come from?

As for your question, we were actually approached by webtoon with a paid contract! They pay us to make the comic in exchange for 3 years of exclusive rights on digital distribution (not physical print copies). Because webtoon is a vertical scroll format, we made the choice ourselves to redraw the comic from scratch under this contract, since we get paid per-episode anyways. It also allowed us to spend some months properly planning/outlining the entire story, which was not something we had done with the first version :D
