As the first thing I really want to say I love this kind of take on already exiting mythological characters and concepts! It's so fun to see what people come up with when they use ideas and concepts from a commonly known mythology and use them to make something new, as I'm already familiar with the myths and thus very interested in the retelling of them! And I honestly really enjoy the kind of "modern" twist to Uranus and how he went from a god to a reborn celestial who is a janitor, haha. I enjoy the fact he takes his job so seriously too, I think for such a "small" detail it actually tells a whole lot about him as a person!
I also really like his design! I don't know what it is but I just find his face... so pleasing to look at in particular... I think it might have something to do with his more cold expressions, as I tend to be weak for characters like that! I also think the blue color scheme not only works perfectly given his personality and the actual color of the planet Uranus, but I think it's also very very pleasing to the eye as a whole!
As a sidenote I think it's very delightful his name and the kind of jokes people can make of it are totally acknowledged, it makes everything somehow seem more real and connected to the world around him!

I actually had to change a few of his original myth to fit in the world he is lives on, such as the tartarus and his time in there (The literature of some greek figure is surprisingly low. It was kind of hard to know more about his origins :') ) Im also glad you like his colour palette. It was taken from the palette in Paint. Y'know, that art program. I altered his skin, the grey part and pants to make it look nicer
His name was where the "janitor" idea came from! I thought of something toilet-related thing (The first idea was something like a "toilet sucker"? I dont know what's the name in english whoops) But decided to go with a janitor instead. He is like someone with the name dick in our world ahah
