ahhh I hate to be that annoying person who's like "hurr durr this character reminds me of that other character", but are you familiar with the tv show Person of Interest? It starts out more of a cop show but takes a turn near the middle towards a more sci-fi narrative with an AI that reminds me of Exe.sorcist, and explores the idea of kindness in omniscient AI and their relationships with humans. If you don't know it, I can recommend it!
Also I LOVE this character, I have an AI with a chassis as well ( J0Y ) but they're more of a flaky avant-garde poet living in a cheap server stack than a benevolently watchful deity, lol

I love that sort of topic (...as you might see) because often there is so much talk about 'what if AIs turn evil' but... what if it doesn't? what if an AI is morally better than us? I like how you've described them, a benevolently watchful deity sounds so cool! I like your AI as well! It's such a cool idea, especially when one takes into account like, they're not an Organic Person they're Software. I feel very strongly about that, I'm fascinated by software. I also really like the idea of an AI making art, it's so nice I support them 100%
