Unfortunately none that I'm aware of, the therapy app was just a little thing I designed on my own and isn't based on any real apps. All the therapy stuff is more based around my actual therapy sessions (ive had a therapist for 4 years) rather than any sort of wellness app. i honestly have kind of a grudge against a lot of wellness apps as ive learned too much about how they dont really do much to help those in need and are usually glorified journaling apps / impose ungodly working conditions on real people/therapists x_x i really wish you luck in finding some help with it though, therapy has done so much for me!!!!
