Could you share the adress they use for PayPal? They might just come back with another toyhouse name so we need to keep an eye for their PayPal adress!
It would be quite easy for them to add a secondary email to their paypal account and use that address instead, so it's important to be wary of who you're interacting with either way unfortunately
I just figured out a way to block her full account here. It'll still fail if she creates a whole new Paypal account, but at least you'll be unable to do any transactions with the same account in the post regardless of any secondary email addresses she may add.
