your other hobbies other than drawing

for the most part, drawing is my main hobby! other than that, i do the occasional writing, world building & hcing... and work on my mountains of hw OTL.. i used to work on personal games & projects w my friend, but now i don't really have time for much else so i cant really pick up a new hobby aha

i do also love video games, tho i don't play as much as i used to. currently, i'm super into the lobcorp / library of ruina series! i used to be a big ffxiv player, but ive mellowed out a lot thankfully. when i did play, i was the type of player that would raid day n night, join speedrun groups and aiming for pink / orange parses o(-< how did i have so much energy...

i do a lot aside from art! i'm a music major in college, so music isn't reaaaaally just a hobby anymore, but i still really enjoy doing it for fun! that's mostly just practicing my instrument, but i do compose now and again. in the purely hobby world, i like sewing, baking, and then lots of little misc crafts that i pick up while i'm bored, like knitting, resin casting, and bookbinding, and i find that most of those have helped me a lot with art! looking more at garment construction especially has given me so many cool insights into how to design character outfits to actually be feasible in the real world + how to detail them more.

i also like video games, but don't play them a ton! i'm really into drakengard and nier though, and i occasionally find other games that i really really love. aaand d&d is a huge hobby, i'm in like. 3 campaigns that meet over voice and then a few more that're purely text-based... i liked d&d before quarantine but this is getting absurd

Drawing and playing games has always been a consistent casual hobby for me since I was a kid. n.n But occasionally I get new passions, recently I’ve been loving to cycle and go hiking! And some sprinklings of crochet and needlefelting every now and then. I really want to learn how to make plushies next.

I breed and raise snails.

My other main hobbies are cosplaying and merch collecting. :o

For me, Cosplaying kind of combines a bunch of hobbies into one little package that I enjoy. Sewing, makeup, wig styling, modeling, and photography. It's helped me branch out a lot into different skills.

Merch collecting has also been something I've been doing for years. Makes me happy setting up shrines of my favorite series/characters and the hunt for rare merch gets me EXCITED

I also like playing videogames but surprisingly that's the one that's most prone to wax and wane - I guess cause unless I'm hyperfixated on it, it's hard for me to finish videogames and sometimes I get bored if there's no storyline or interesting stuff going on? It's why I tend to prefer visual-novel styled games and horror games like amnesia where there's a lot of stuff happening or it's plot-centric.

When I get asked what my hobbies are or when I see that question I immediately forget what I do as a hobby welp my hobbies are simple I suppose I like singing(I dont know how I just like singing),listening music,podcast or anything on the background that might be relaxing to me, playing flute(well I'm learning again), playing video games, crafting?(kinda?),cosplaying ,collecting things like figurines and keychains,writting and reading I think that's it. I also want to do other things like sewing costumes and I want to learn new thing like languages and programming

I dabble into a bunch of little hobbies when I'm not drawing. I do a little bit of writing (but that has subsided in the past couple years). I kind of switch up my hobbies if I feel I'm getting burned out or I'll work on a different project if one is at a stand-still for whatever reason.

My main hobby is taxidermy/vulture culture. It's something I'm actually wanting to pursue the furthest out of any of my other hobbies. I also train goats, do floriculture, bird-watch (and try to provide safe spaces for native birds on my property), and occasionally sew (I lack a sewing machine, but I can sew great by hand).

I kid, but I do have a lot of hobbies.  I've been trying to get a homestead established with my family recently, so I'm studying to raise rabbits and researching what plants grow in our grow zone.  At the same time, I could also claim "cooking," but it's primarily research for processing plants into proper ingredients, like turning stevia plants and sugar beets into sweeteners and how to process ingredients for making medicinal and herbal teas.  I'm also working on my sewing skills, and I picked up embroidery a few months ago.  I swear, one of these days I'm going to pick up weaving and lace-making, and I want to get Angora rabbits and learn to spin my own yarn, too.

My catchphrase is, in all seriousness, "I want to do all the things."  XD

Right now, though, I'm in the process of turning one of my long-time hobbies into a profession.  I'm a writer, and I just released my first webnovel on Tapas~!  It's called Neighborhood Noxie, and I'd love it if you'd give it a shot.  <3  I've been writing and posting fanfiction for years, but it's so nerve-wracking to finally put something original out on the internet.  >w<;;
