sometimes i wonder what other artists hobbies are other than drawing because for me, i feel like my other hobbies are really simple, just writing and reading. ive been really busy with school these past three weeks and ill still be busy because im only 1/3 done with my trimester so when i have free time, i would like to try out other hobbies!

your hobby can be anything, from watching youtube to watering plants to anything! im just curious about other peoples hobbies ^^

maybe you could also get inspiration to try out other hobbies?

I personally do a lot of things other than just drawing. For one, I play a lot of video games. Virtual pet games like Dappervolk and Flight Rising, other games like Niche and Animal Crossing, what can I say? I like gamin’. Watching Youtubers is also kinda fun and I sometimes read books. And music is really nice to listen to, also. Roleplaying is something I due quite often on Discord and is the reason I have all my Pokémon characters. And occasionally, I do write also. And finally, when it comes to things I actually want to turn into more of a profession (well, becoming an author could be nice too), there’s animation (which I do from time to time but am still trying to get better at so I can make AMVs yo) and also music! I can only play piano right now, and am not the best, but want to eventually learn bass and maybe.. just maybe.. make my own band? Haha, I jest... unless??

But anyway that’s about it!

Writing, singing (when I’m home alone haha) and watching a lot of YouTube! Combining the first two, I also do a lot of songwriting!

Oh geez I would say I have a whole ton of hobbies! First of all, I love streaming and making videos and editing on my spare time when I don't have any commissions to work on. I've always been the workaholic so I need to do something or I'd go nuts. I also love bjds/doll stuff! I do faceups for my dolls and its always a relaxing process to see them get so pretty. Watching youtube is also another part of my big hobbies. I use it for music, inspiration and entertainment. Grew up on it and will continue to grow there!

Other than drawing, I play the violin, listen to music, watch a shit ton of Korean variety shows, visual novels, read, games etc.i just do a mix of everything and I have many many more interests I havent written here lol

But drawing, listening to music, watching variety shows&dramas and playing the violin are like my main stuff/hobby rn

lately, i have nothing else but last year i hiked, snowboard, and sung/played music, arts and crafts (like crochet), also baking. oh and makeup was another hobby for sure.

i don't really consider it a hobby but rn i just watch anime and youtube (besides drawing ofc). i don't want to go outside or bother my neighbors who are also stuck inside and i've also just been kind of depressed due to stuff. i don't wear makeup anymore either...

Im curently bullet journaling(i think you say it like that, i speak spanish sorry) is actually really fun to do.

I also really like dancing, thats other thing i do a lot other than writting and drawing, i tend to spent my free time learning choreos and practicing

zinnia

i mostly do 3d stuff (conversions from one game to another and modeling) and write! im also big into game customization with the big two being sims 4 modding and MUGEN, as well as doing Secondlife but that's less of a game and more of a platform

I'm primarily a writer, and that's why I draw--I try to draw my own characters--but I'm not very good at either and have never managed to attract/maintain an audience. So it all feels rather pointless, I could just as easily keep it all in my head. :/

I like to read as well, but my writing and reading have been almost nonexistent for the past several years due to very bad reading OCD that crept up on me out of nowhere and I've never managed to find a way out of it. I just repeat words over and over and over and never get anything done. I miss reading and writing so much.

Oh, daydreaming...I suppose that's my main hobby, now.

Figure collecting, I love my figgies. I used to be into sewing/cosplay too but I think it's best to only have one expensive hobby, and collecting won out.

I write a lot; I also love to read (currently reading The Grapes of Wrath and it's actually pretty good!) and I'm getting into making fursuits.

I also watch more Youtube than I'd like to admit skjdfkhjskhjdf

Oh boy. Here we go.

  • I like to write and roleplay! I'm a mod in a roleplay server and met tons of new friends there.
  • I am BIG into TTRPG- I just joined a new Vampire The Masquerade game yesterday, and I'm super excited about it!
  • I love to read, I constantly have library books laying around. And my preordered copy of Aiden Thomas's new book comes in tomorrow!
  • I play harmonica. I just got the Hohner Special 20 last week and it is a DREAM to play.
  • I fold origami. Not very good at it, but I'm trying!
  • I've recently been working on one of those paint-by-diamond paintings. Tedious, but fun.
  • I'm trying to bake more, despite how infrequently I can convince my parents to get me ingredients haha. I made red velvet cake last week.
  • Video games are a much smaller interest of mine, considering how rarely I play them, but I'm really into sandboxes like Minecraft and Animal Crossing. I also like beat-em-ups, like Okami. RPGS and story-based games are some of my favorites, especially indie titles (I really need to finish Hollow Night grrr). I'll also play just about anything Nintendo, so I'm pumped for the new Splatoon.
AtomicAdopts

It's hard to pick! I enjoy reading, writing, gaming (pokemon randomisers, yeyyyy) and TTRPG! I recently picked up a recent book by the author who wrote my #1 favourite novella, and I'm excited to get into reading it! (If anyone wants to read more, grab Michelle Paver's Dark Matter, it is gripping)

I'm also getting more into fitness, if you can really call that a hobby? I lift weights and I'm trying to learn to rollerskate (which is tough because I have no coordination ;;u;;)
