(ETA: They do have a rule against uploading pedophilic/incestous content, but unfortunately I don't think action has been done to deal with such content, since the rules aren't probably enforced. Then again, I have not touched the site for a long while.)

fictional characters who otherwise can be definitively and reasonably identified as minors, and lacks legitimate artistic, political, literary, or scientific value.

This section applies to visual content such as illustrations, drawings, paintings, comics, digitally-generated images, and related visual content that appears to (1) show a minor engaged in sexual conduct or (2) show a minor with exposed genitalia in a way that is intended to sexualize them."

It sounds like those groups have avoided being reported and removed because nobody reported them when they were found, rather than an issue with the site's policies. e: Also, I suspect they've been deleted; I'm not finding them using the same keywords.

Yeah I just went through the entire Anime search on the comms, they're not there. I strongly suspect that tweet is acting on very old information.
