I love doing art, taking care of my plants and all things creepy and spooky! I'm obsessed with frogs and other amphibian/lizard critters. I study architecture so, you guessed it, I love Minecraft and The Sims! My other fave games are: Flight Rising, Dappervolk, Hollow Knight, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Soma.

My anxiety is pretty bad but I'd love to know someone new (even though I might get overwhelmed with social interactions sometimes). hi i'm Xed and go by pretty much anything in the she/he/they realm, call me what you want. i'm 25, agender biace, MST time zone, but the biggest insomniac this world has likely ever seen. I have a few mental illnesses that make me painfully anxious and intimidated around new people, but I'll probably talk your ear off and send you dumb memes constantly if we end up clicking. I have also have some chronic pain issues that can make me kind of sporadic about being online from time to time when they flare.

I'm currently in college for IT & computer programming because I'm a big nerd and tech's always been really cool to me. I'm hoping to find my way into doing concept art or game design eventually, but right now I'm just trying new things. :>

I prefer only talking to people 18+, it feels a lot less awkward and weird for me being able to talk to someone around my own age.

Interests:

I dabble in a lot of things honestly because I am easily bored and have  way too much free time on my hands for my own good sometimes, but:

-I'm really into video games (I'm into a lot of games, just ask me!) 

-My favorite video games/series currently have to be Elder Scrolls  (though Skyrim got me into the series so that's mostly what I'll obsess  over lmao), OSRS, Fire Emblem, LoZ, Pokemon, anything Phoenix Wright related. I also really like a lot of chill sim games like Minecraft, Animal Crossing, and Stardew Valley along with rpgs/jrpgs, pet games (like Flight Rising/Neopets), and random indie games. I'm always looking for recommendations and love chatting about 'em. 

-Writing things (especially worldbuilding, DND type stuff and RP in general, I end up GMing and running groups all the time but I'm always down for new rp partners/settings)

-I'm obsessed with my characters and get easily obsessed with other people's too. I love all kinds of oc interactions and ships, feel free to hit me up about those too, I always need inspiration to write/draw.

-I also love pigeons and any kind of bird or animal, really, they are my lifeblood please send me animal pics i beg you

-I love all kinds of high-fantasy and sci-fi stuff. Cyberpunk and synthwave and other really aesthetic stuff along those lines is my jam

-Speaking of synthwave, I love all kinds of music. Mostly gravitate towards rock, metal, alternative, synthwave, and indie stuff, but I love things like jrock, some pop, and other experimental or weird sounding things (like Vaporwave lmao)

-I like anime. Mainly older ones from 00s and before, but there's been a few modern ones I've really gotten into. My favorite genres are sci-fi, action/adventure, horror/suspense, psychological, or comedy. Some of my favorites are DBZ, Cowboy Bebop, Death Note, Inuyasha, and Darker than Black. Honestly the darker the anime, the better with me.

-I really like dark, sci-fi, or supernatural type tv shows too. I haven't caught up with any in a while due to school, but if you got any awesome ones to show, send them my way.

-Psychology/Philosophy. I like deep conversations from time to time, but I can get kind of opinionated about some subjects, just a fair warning. I also really like things related to this such as true crime videos/podcasts and documentaries along these lines. 

-Cooking. I do a lot of it in my free time. Not as keen on baking but tasty food is a requirement to life

-I like hiking, swimming, and biking. Not the most active person, but I love being outdoors. Pandemic's rained on my goals, but I've been wanting to get really back into shape once things start lifting. :)

Misc:

-I have some depression, PTSD, and anxiety related issues so I might have some off days here and there. I promise I'm not ignoring you if I end up not messaging back for a bit, but I'm using pretty good at giving people a heads up on my bad days. 

-Some topics can bother me (especially talking about kids or parents), but I don't have any very specific triggers I'd like to avoid. That being said, I prefer keeping topics more on the light side most of the time and would rather not talk about politics too much.
