Why do you use Toyhouse?

this is the only real art site i'm on at this point, and it's amazing to be able to share my art and talk with people who aren't around 10 and advertising constantly for their clickbait games. here i can upload my art in full/high quality, store all my characters, share pieces of my novel and write fanfics, and join roleplays. i've also gotten a small handful of commissions, which i didn't get (or consider advertising for) until i got toyhouse. sure the moderation sucks and there are countless spam characters, but it only sometimes detracts from the site as a whole.

plus i love complaining about stuff and toyhouse offers a lot in the way of complaining.

I use it to store art of my characters(Not exactly information about them though. Besides from brief descriptions.) and interact with people. It’s a fun way to kill the time with some of the forum games and stuff. 

I mainly use it to store my characters, occasionally find artists to commission/follow and favorite other characters I like. 
sooometimes going onthe fourms (mainly to sell, trade, seek rps or random shennagigans) 

It's a self-indulgence thing of mine. I love art and characters, and here, I'm surrounded by it!

I don't really care about the drama, I just go on here to store my characters and look at other people's characters. I think that looking at what other people have made is super fascinating - how our creative processes may be different or similar.

It's a pretty good place to store and access my character art somewhere besides my hard drive, and the UI is far better than any other image-uploading place I've used. Plus, the customizability of character profiles is incredible, and I've had a lot of fun learning how to code my own layouts.

Honestly I joined Toyhouse at first just to see what it was, Once I joined it I fell in love with how easy it was to upload and sort your characters. At first I didnt realize or even look at the forums since I didn't even know they existed lol. Now though I love talking about my characters, sharing designs, world/character building and honestly just chatting with people when I have the time xD

I use Toyhouse for character storage. I occasionally pop into the forums (regrettably, after seeing what happens in the general forums) and just kinda post and leave fjakljkldajkl

Def not as active on the forums as I was back in, say, 2018, but I still like to come on in and say hi every now and then!

I wanted to share my characters, maybe attract some attention for my writing and art, and find some likeminded artists/writers. Hasn't really worked, but that's not Toyhou.se's fault, I'm just universally invisible. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Drama wouldn't stop me from using a site.

I use this site because I needed something to store my characters in, as well as have a gallery for them.

All my life, I've had a folder that stored all my OCs. One day it was gonna get damaged (and it is slowly deteriorating), so I wanted a more "permanent" solution.

I didn't want to store them on my PC because I feared losing my drive. So I found out about this site and here I am now.

Just for storing characters and stuff.

I initially started using Toyhou.se as a way of storing my characters and art that I get of them. It helps me keep things more organized.
