I hate being so particular about my characters' designs. They do not look good in the pointy chin, brightly colored, big anime eyes, extremely cheery style that like 75% of toyhouse seems to have. I'm so lucky to find some diamonds in the rough and negotiate with them, but I feel like I am missing out on so much stuff because of how my characters look

not @ anyone specific but I am very tired of seeing the style excuse for obviously flawed artwork. like when someone's asking for advice, and the (good) advice throwing at them gets talked down with the style argument.
A style can break rules, but it has to be intentionally, well executed. Not not being able to do any kind of basics. These are two very separate things. Just take the advice, swallow it, and built it into your art style. It's ofc up to you, but it will keep you from improving if you have this type of thinking with any kind of advice. A style can be bad, and part of a style can and should be improved. We all do this over time naturally too.
Sketchbook crashes the second I open it so my WIPs are locked away forever, I can't use Firealpaca because I forgot to bring my wacom, I'm sick of Ibis Paint and my Clip Studio Paint membership expired and I can't be bothered to pay for an art program, so Medibang Paint is all I have left, but does it have to be so goddamn laggy with each and every stroke? I'm kind of losing patience, I just wanna sketch while the idea is fresh is my mind! aghh!!
I lovce this site so much but it's such a hot mess TToTT I cant even set up 2FA on this hellscape. People are licherally losing their accounts from some Redline whatever and I just wanna be safe but shit not working right. I've scanned that fucking QR code literally 20 times and no matter how many time I "add it to my auntheticator" I never get no "verification code to confirm" so Im stuck with 2FA disabled I guess.
I know this site is just a passion project and I shouldnt be too hard on it, I have 80% of all the stuff posted here already backed up on other sites and hard drives but still. I just dont wanna lose all this because of stuff outside of my control.
edit: also i originally was going to set up 2FA while I was on mobile and tbh if you either ONLY have a mobile or ONLY have a PC I guess you're SOL cuz you need 2 devices to set 2FA up... if it worked properly.
edit 2: Id prefer it if it was a "TH will send you code via a mail or SMS" instead of this 'display a QR code on your PC that you'll scan with your phone and MAYBE you'll receive a code or something"
