Bad Customers

We've all had them, or at least know someone who's had to deal with them. From retail, fast food, art commissions and everything in between, there's always at least one customer that either does something you hate or gets on your nerves.

Tell me about them. Stories, rants, things you wish you could tell them at the time.

Tell me all of your bad customer stories. POST AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. Vent out that anger!

You can talk about your co-workers too, from other cashiers/chefs/etc. to your managers. If it's something bad that happened at work, this is the thread to talk about it.

Edit: It put me IC but I think it's hilarious it chose my cashier OC

I work at a bridal shop and i love my job, but its a dress shop,,,,filled with thousand dollar dresses,,,,,where brides-to-be like to bring their 5 year old kids who’s favorite hobbies are pushing over mannequins, running their hands all over the mirrors, and literally. Once this THREE YEAR OLD CHILD. Threw our box of needles we have on the stand with the mirrors to mark alterations all over the dresses and the floor.

It’s a blast!

I am a vet assistant and even though I have yet to actually be hired at a vet office I have done a lot of shadowing hours and seen a lot of just really stupid people.

The vet office has two sides of the waiting room which are clearly marked.  A cat side and a dog side.  We get a lot of people with dogs just walking over to the cat side and letting their dogs stress out people's cats.  Its not like the place is crowded, in fact its pretty slow most of the time, so there is no reason to bring your dog to the cat side.

Why do people think that if their dog poops inside that they should just leave it and not tell anyone?  Why do people leave dog poop on the sidewalk right outside of our door?  Like come on, at least if its in the grass its kinda hidden and people may not step on it, but in the building or sidewalk? Really? Really!?

One family brought in a small dog and were asked if they wanted to give them their vaccines.  The lady asks if they could give them half a vaccine because a full one would make their dog sick.  Half. A. Vaccine.  Because that would totally work.  Also the husband refused to go into the room but still wanted to talk to the doctor so he just demanded that the door was left open the whole time and sat in the waiting area and yelled into the room.

One person was set to come in and on the paperwork it said the dog was a greyhound.  When they came in it was a large grey pitbull.  The tech changed the info on the dog to pitbull because it was very clearly a pitbull but the owners noticed and flipped out demanding to change it back because they were 100 percent sure the dog was a greyhound.  They changed it back to pitbull when they left.

A cat came in filled with worms, underweight and covered in fleas.  It was a total mess and it was gonna die any day now.  The owners decided to put them down and as the cat was going they were saying how they did everything they could for their cat.  It was such bullshit, they did nothing for their cat and they were there patting each other's back like they were wonderful pet owners.

One of my classmates had two cats that she would bring to hospitals to comfort people and she was super proud of that and would brag about it all the time.  One day we were being shown how to do the x-rays.  I had a cat that had an injured leg and actually needed an x-ray but no, this totally healthy cat got to go instead.  Also the cat was clearly nervous but the lady insisted on making the cat walk on a leash to show off how she trained the cat.  Needless to say the cat froze up and wouldn't do anything because of all the animal smells and people.  Our teacher made her pick the cat up.  Then while we were holding this cat down on their back to get the x-ray this lady decides its best to shove her face into the cat's belly and make a fart noise!  Because that will totally help the cat calm down!  She is lucky her cat didn't attack her.  The poor thing was so stressed out and it could have been so much easier if she didn't do all that to her cat just to try to show off.  Also the cat didn't even need to be there, I had a cat that actually had something wrong with it and I am still salty about that.

This same person was told to pick up a leg of a dog so the teacher could point out a part of the leg to us.  The thing is that the dog had one normal leg and one leg that had the bottom half missing and could not use it at all.  She decides to grab the normal leg out from under the dog and the poor thing just plummets and she is just standing there confused on how that happened.  Complete dumbass, thank goodness she didn't pass the class because I do not want someone like that treating animals.
