I'd say he's probably the brightest OC I have :P

He's the most colourful human OC I have

a sparkledog so bright that i had to dim down the colors for the icon... so cool but an absolute pain to draw.

Literally the personification of neon, though there seems to be a limit to how bright and eyestrain-y I can make her using colored pencils.

Iconoclasta has eyes that glow in the dark also bright red in her colour palette 

She used to be EXTREMELY saturated cyan like her eyes. I changed her design a bit, but she’s still some nice colors (and she does glow when conducting electricity).
