luckiest unlucky bastard in the world. alice bumped into an actual angel, saw its face and miraculously survived (albeit in extreme agony and partially dismembered). somehow, the angel decided to "make up for the trouble" of his near-death experience instead of just mercy-killing him by giving him angel powers and healing him. so hes healed and has angel powers now. first thing he does? drop his entire life to venture into the story's equivalent of the backrooms to kill its queen and become the new ruler. for no reason. nothing prompted this (except maybe the screws that came loose after he almost died in excruciating pain)
