I'll go first! Hypni, being a nagini...I can see her possibly being from India! Simply because Naginis are found in Indian religion and myths.
Micca is mixed, but he'd most likely live in Kyoto to be amongst the flowers and temples or he'd live in New York around Times Square, despite not liking big cities.
Chel lives out in the Atlantic Ocean (well, the pokemon version) but was born in Unova...so she's from New York!
Although born in Seoul, Korea--Shinhwa actually lives in the States now because his parents thought that there would be more opportunities, so they moved when Shin was very young, barely enough to remember his time in his motherland. :3c
