All Around The World!

Claude and Jonathan are from an original world setting, but they're one of the rare character I actually kind of thought real world nationalities too to some degree 

In Claude's case, the Lovelace family is from a Britain-inspired country, and he is a Volkov from his mother's side, who in turn are kind of Finnish-Russian inspired? So IRL he'd probably have some sort of British-Russian roots with some Finnish to the mix in terms of heritage. 

Jonathan in turn would definitely be Swedish, like there is just something about him that makes me think of our neighboring country and I'm very content with that headcanon. 

Cannonically, Gianni is an Italian farmer. Dairy and cheese are his farm's specialty, but they also grow various vegetables, some tree fruit, and raise chickens.

I don't always play him as living in Italy, but he'll always at least be FROM Italy.

The universe he came from is a mix of the colorful mountains at China, my experience at Baguio (Philippines), and the underwater cities and stufd are based on the Greek mythology and some actual places

tho Thalassia is technically a real place at Greece, even the Thalassia in my story is something totes diff ú v ù)b

My vampires would be in Bucharest or Transylvania (Romania), or Vigan (Philippines)

Those three places helped me build the settings for this, I gotta love how they always preserve history in their architecture

But the vast majority of my OCs live in our world so they come from various countries all around the world.

Before I fantasy'd everything up and blurred the lines between which cultures were which, Felix's (and Urthus as a country's) origins in general were heavily focused around the middle-east, most specifically Cyprus.

based on biological and some archeological evidence the world of my comics could roughly be placed in about east mediterranian to balkan area, maybe as far south as egypt but the story takes place I guess about 160000years in the future so it would be really hard to link it to any real present day country O_O
