I'll go first! Hypni, being a nagini...I can see her possibly being from India! Simply because Naginis are found in Indian religion and myths.
The country he was born was once Russia. Or the place he was born was formerly in Russia as the country was several countries. The story takes part in the future.
Aster canonically would live in the Ezo Mountains in Japan, due to the fact that she lives on mount coronet, the pokemon equivalent!
She would be from the port town Abashiri City, because she was born in veilstone!
Lola would be from lower Manhattan! (Castelia City in Pokemon)
She was born in the pokemon equivalent to Paris.
I already know Nimue is african of some sort, due to her world being an odd alternative-history-contemporary-fantasy setting with enough shared geography for conclusions. I imagine her place to be something akin to Morocco - not too rich, not too poor, really warm.
A second option is South African Republic, because the game master has said that the "common" language in her area is basically afrikaans and...well, I'm sorry for my lack of research into the matter but I only now learnt that afrikaans is mainly spoken in southern africa not up north. :(
