I'll go first! Hypni, being a nagini...I can see her possibly being from India! Simply because Naginis are found in Indian religion and myths.
Matlal would be, well, mexican I guess, what with him being an AU aztec. Unlike his canon version, that resides in Tenochtitlan, I imagine him living in some larger city in southern mexico due to the warmer climate and presence of rainforests sort of...fitting better to my mental image of his surroundings.

Abigail is originally from the south of England, though she often stayed with close family in Ireland where she learned traditional 'Irish'. She moved around a lot but currently lives in New Orleans.
Hari is from Florida, not the pretty tourist Florida, the redneck country Florida. He hates it there, everyone is racist and too polite.
If Jesse was human, he'd be from California (around the bay area, norcal represent)! But would currently live in Seattle!
