Running an OC question of the day thread is rough because you always want to answer your own questions, but by the time you have the time it's been a week and you have a bunch of other questions! Not to mention that your questions always have to be pretty general: "what's your OCs' favorite colors" is easy enough for someone with 10 OCs, but there are loads of people who have OCs in the triple digits and beyond!
But y'know what's awesome? Shindan is awesome. I spent last night working on a bunch of options and whipped up a Shindan that will ask you a question to a specific OC every day!

Yeah..Sylveste is definitely no fighter lol so he'd go with something long range if possible. He would use a bow or maybe even some random object he can toss - like rocks or small knick-knacks.

I’d say any of my non-modern OCs wouldn’t understand memes, so I’m not gonna be cheap by picking one of them lol XD Instead, I’m gonna select the modern OC who doesn’t understand memes the most... that would be Luke! Heck, I just drew him in a Draw the Squad template in which he is asking his sister what a meme is... lol
Anyways... Luke is definitely the kind of person who doesn’t prefer to be bragged about, even though his sister constantly brags about him anyway. He is hard-working and intelligent enough to skip a level in Redtome Academy, but he doesn’t prefer to boast about it. He always likes to talk about someone else instead, especially his sister. He knows that the chances of someone becoming antagonistic towards him would definitely increase if he did make himself sound super impressive.

Brilliant but lazy, huh? That honor would have to go to Seth! He’s lazy and tired but at the same time he’s kind of the strategist in a fight. He can find weak spots faster than his partner Vasilis or the other kids he teams up with.
Honestly, Seth prefers snacks over meals. He doesn’t like eating such a large amount of food (he used to back when he was constantly starving; he was younger back then), and as such, prefers to graze. At least, he wishes he could do that, but he has to eat at the Dining Pavilion when everyone else does, so you know... he has to put up with meals. However, he makes up for that by not eating as much as everyone else! Maybe even saving some of it for later when he feels like it~

Realist? Thy name is Akito! Yeah, he’s wearing a monster scarf, but he doesn’t believe they exist. He doesn’t believe in anything that hasn’t been proven to be real existing, and that includes aliens. Too bad he exists in a world that is starting to produce super-powered people...
The pettiest thing Akito has gotten into a fight over was when he dug up a shiny bracelet in his backyard. His younger sibling saw and demanded that he give it to him. He refused, saying he found it first and therefore he had the rights to it. Of course, his little brother kept arguing and arguing, and they were outdoors when this happened. He even tried to take it from him by force, but before it could get worse, their mother came out and took the bracelet away from the both of them. She told them that they had just wasted their time over a “stupid little bracelet” and that the bracelet was hers now. Akito was furious and ran to his room. Luckily, after he had calmed down, he felt horrible for what transpired and apologized to his brother, who forgave him.

My most confident OC right now is Peter! He is reckless and loves adrenaline rushes, so he has a lot of confidence in his ability to not get killed seeking adrenaline rushes.
Heh... actually, this is being planned right now. See, Peter is apart of an rp that I’m doing with a close friend that is going to become a trilogy! The first one takes place while he is a 3rd year, the second will be when he is a 6th year, and the third will be when he is an 8th year, which is 19 years old! However, he would be 24 years old in 10 years, so... I’m gonna take some guesses lol...
In ten years, Peter’s love for adrenaline rushes would wane. He would do better at keeping himself safe. He’d probably live with Lillie Watson if she let him (right now she’s his friend but as the story of the first one goes on he’ll develop a crush on her and grow feelings for her hehe). He’d be changed, since by now, he would’ve discovered that he is one of the most powerful magic-users in the world. He would have full control of his magic for the most part. He would visit his mother from time to time. As well as that, he would hang out with his friends from Redtome Academy. Heck, maybe he’d even help out at Redtome. Who knows?

Q: Do they get plain bandages or bandages with characters/patterns on them?
(Soul Eater is my favorite anime, favorite character, and that’s where the first part of my username comes from, so yeah)
Callum has made the biggest sacrifices; he and his pal The Whisper sacrificed themselves to protect their group from a swarm of Wraiths, he sacrificed himself to lead two warring Clans away from his group, he once used his body to shield his girlfriend from his own magic, he stayed behind at a tavern outside of the city of Colsar to hold off his girlfriend’s sister so that the rest of his group could escape, he chose to sacrifice his superhuman qualities when he was a vampire/werewolf hybrid to become human again, and to top it off, he blocked an oncoming dart seemingly aimed at Lucine with his own wrist, with the poisonous substance affecting him instead... and he’s bound to make more sacrifices in the future XD
Callum lives in a world where modern day bandages don’t exist, so I’m gonna say that he got white linen, since that is available in his world. In fact, he’s gotten a lot of bandages over the years, because bad luck likes to follow him all over the place.

Percival loves stargazing the most out of my OCs! He likes all the shapes he can see in them X3
As for the question, it really does depend on the person. It’s be creepy if a stranger just walked up to him and started cuddling with him... that would be awkward. However, he can cuddle with certain people. For example, he loves to cuddle with his girlfriend, Ruby. They’ve been to a few taverns/inns and spent a few nights in rooms cuddling with each other and pretending that nothing was wrong.

She can take it fine... she’s got thick skin. No one has ever seen her cry. She enjoys hearing advice on how to do her job better or what not, and she does what she wants with that advice. Nothin’ more to it than that~

I have to go with Callum again, because he is the OC I’ve written the most about X3
It depends. With friends and especially his girlfriend, he is kind, friendly and flirtatious only towards his girlfriend. However, if he’s in a tough situation with a group, he will act more serious and hostile towards the threat. (In fact, this behavior may have been part of why he died temporarily) He is pretty good at being defiant towards enemies.

Q: Do they like receiving gifts? Giving gifts?
Gravel is as stolid as he looks, lol. He's very awkward about gifts- he didn't give or receive all that many throughout his lifetime. Not only does he not know how to properly thank someone for giving one to him, but he also has no clue what to give anyone. He's very observant, so he could probably get hints from potential targets, but he wouldn't do it much.

Anyway, she does have a clone, but if she had one that was nicer than that butthead...I'm not sure. She's a bit self-deprecating, so I feel like whenever she'd be hard on herself, her clone would try to comfort her, but then they'd get confused on if hating themselves would mean hating each other...it would be weird. XD

Ingrid reads the most! She's even come across as kind of an introvert at times because of how much she loves to read, she's one of those people who only shows people the cover of the book if they ask what she's reading and the summary on the back or inside of the book when they ask what it's about XD
Ingrid would most certainly be a Rowlet! She loves owls and cute things! She would probably be wandering around looking for books or anything else to read, whether it be in a town library or... wherever else she might find a book XD She wouldn't want to battle other Pokemon, though, and she wouldn't want to be a Darstrix for too long. If she were to evolve willingly, she would have to be one level before evolving into Decidueye or higher, and then she'd have to eat a rare candy so she wouldn't be stuck as a Darstrix for longer than half a minute XD

Q: What kind of driver are they?
Despite his gentle side, Dust would be my snarkiest OC. He just can't stop himself from being critical when he feels the urge to, especially when he is interacting with someone he isn't fond of.
Here's the thing; Dust died before he got the chance to get a driver's license or even go to driver's school. He never even drove once. But, if he had driven before dying and becoming a ghost living in New York City, he probably would've been horrible. At least, that's what he claims. Even though he can touch physical things if he really wants to... he's just making excuses at this point...

I'd say Akito is the worst with kids out of all my OCs. Being a realist, it's pretty difficult for him not to turn other kids against him by telling them that the things they believe in aren't true (in his opinion), so...
Akito prefers music while he does other things, like making his own lunch or doing homework. His mother has told him on multiple occasions that music will only distract him, but it doesn't distract him for the most part, so he just mentally dismisses her while avoiding talking back, lest he get in trouble.

I'd say Yahto here is pretty full of himself-
He actually loves fast food, but he doesn't eat it as much as this fact suggests. He especially never minds getting some in New York City. Fries are his favorite, however, he doesn't like McDonalds' fries.

Falkon here is great at deadpanning everything!...Okay, he doesn't deadpan everything, but he likes it.
Now, Falkon isn't used to having friends. Making a friend would be an extremely fortunate event for him. So if said friend were to stab him in the back, he would feel pretty devastated, to the point where he will be sure to shut himself off completely.

Q: If they could have any power they don't already have, what would they pick?
Out of everybody, The Whisper drinks the most. It especially enjoys drinking with its girlfriend, now that the physical part of the connection it shares with Callum is out of the picture.
The Whisper would love to be able to have skin as tough as armor. Despite its status as an Entity, it can be cut open as easily as a typical human. Again, since a part of its connection with Callum is gone, it isn't nearly as worried about this problem; the wounds it gained used to carry over to Callum, but now they don't. Still, it doesn't like feeling useless, and that particular attribute of its doesn't help in preventing that.

Again, I had to alter this one a little because the first time, I didn't get a question that applied to any of my OCs, so... XD
The closest one I can think of is Nightmare. Whenever it comes out, it is bound to leave at least a little bit of a mess... heh...
Is Nightmare ever scared?...Actually, it does get scared at times. Even though it rarely happens, it has happened before. When it gets scared, it usually cowers away from whatever is scaring it before running away with Percival in tow, as its job and instinct is to protect the latter.

Probably Lime. She's very independent and goes wherever she pleases. That also means she eats whatever she pleases, though she especially enjoys hunting for meat!

Draorture would be pretty happy to be stuck outside all day, though he'd rather be outside all night. He likes the fresh air and being able to see the sky - something he's deprived of, due to spending most of his life in an underground mountain city.

Q: How are they at work/school? Are they enthusiastic? Do they slack off? Etc.
Ivy can flip from extremely energetic (when doing something she likes) to incredibly lazy (when doing something she doesn't). In school, she did fairly well, but didn't have great grades and often tried to cheat/copy from other peoples' work.
When working in any other situation, she usually tries to do things quickly and messily just to get them over with. Either that or she'll slack off completely. She doesn't really care about anything unless it's something she herself has chosen to do.
