It could have little to no detail! I want to see human or half-humans with some modification! Something as simple as pointy ears are okay because they're cute
though i'm okay with snake bodied humanoids such as lamias, humanoids with animal features, horned humanoids, mutated humanoids, humans with peculiar skin or sclera color, harpies, betc!
demons and youkai can also fall to this thread HEHE
tho it's okay if their designs aren't too monstrous or peculiar! just some design that one would tell they aren't human while looking human :3c

Right now I don't have a whole lot of information on him; I scrapped about half of his previous personality and backstory because aspects of it were beginning to make me uncomfortable. Buuuuut... He definitely counts as a "monstrous" human. He's over six and a half feet tall, covered in strange green bumps, and has some dangerous claws going on.
Here's my weird three-headed dog lady. Normally her kind shouldn't be able to have a humanoid form, and it's obvious why. XD
Monstrous in a way for this guy for he is experimented through and through point he's a hybrid of two: wolf and pink imp. He don't have pupil and has Heterochromia: Onyx and Yellow. Got soft/dusty pink devil tail and his form is fluffied-sided large wolf(not a true Werewolf) is pink plus also has devilish tail instead of normal one.
Rhyse counts for this, although they'd probably cry if you called them a monster. ^^; They're cursed and are part fire salamander? They have freckles of salamandery- skin on them, and they have giant claws for hands. They can also manipulate fire, but they're not really in control of it super well, which contributes to their anxiety.

He's a cynocephali, or a "dogheaded man" ("koerakoonlane" aka "dog-snouted person" in my native language of estonian). They're a little-known part of the mythology of Estonia and surrounding areas - basically these monstrous part-dog thieves and raiders who burn villages, kill and steal people and are excellent trackers on account of, well, their sense of scent.
Csin himself was basically one of the raiders, until he jumped sides and became a mercenary among humans. Not because he likes these little pink-faced freaks but because his quality of life was better there than among his own people. Lots of booze and jewelry and less rigid caste systems.
