Lol only got two but Gosfrid win due to his eyes are actual rainbow color.

Second is Prism. Don't let his name, actually his nik-name, fool you. His color may be rainbow but its mostly Dark CMYK.

Viscenzo is more of a only-RGB type of color spectrum but he has some rainbow colored accessories! I associate him with rainbows because of his ability and stand name, and his relationship with weather
