Whisper is a Primordial of the element of Void. Void Primordials are pretty much always themed around things like space (and light and darkness)
Whisper's design isn't super space-themed, but their dress has a magical ever-moving galaxy print on it
lulu has a lot of star and moon themes going on in her design and also just in her day-to-day screaming chuuni speeches where she always talks about invoking the divine light of the celestial cosmos or how all wayward maidens are cast under the moon's holy protection and it is her duty as her lunar grace's sacred avatar to enact her will or etc etc whatever. the goddess her mother worships has a lot of associations with celestial bodies and the night sky, and lulu eventually becomes that goddess's high priestess herself, so she's grown up with stories and all that ~magical energy~
