I have WAY too many fandom characters and I love reading obscure manga haha, I just don't upload them online.
I used to think Cardfight!! Vanguard isn't as obscure as it is? Definitely not the most obsure thing but not a lot of people know it, so here's Megumi. I have like 20+ characters in this fandom oops.

does Vinland Saga count as obscure?? heres my nord anyway! hes one of Prince Canute's royal skálds, and the only thing he loves more than puns is his prince, who received him as a gift in their childhoods but later liberated him from slavery

he's a fan character for a game called katana zero!! :D i don't know a ton of fcs for the game that're on th, and off ofc

( i Highly recommend you, Reader! play katana zero if you get the chance; it's a stunning game w/ a really refreshing take on side-scrollers) 

Does Kagerou Project count as obscure?? Cause I have Junebug and a few other FCs in progress ~

I also have two characters for the anime/song series Mikagura School Suite, which I know for a fact is very obscure. I think I've seen exactly 1 FC for it on here? If you want, here's a pic of my FC's first design (I want to redesign him.). His name is Jun Nishino ^^ The other one never got a design, but he's a DJ.
By the way, you should watch Mikagura! It's kinda like MHA with the powers but with a club based tournament system ~ It's one of my favorite anime of all time! The songs are also amazing! (Here's my favorite ^^)

Still thinking of a name for this guy but! He's an ice-type fairy, a fancharacter for the game Zanzarah! It's basically Pokemon but with fairies.

Maxime is from an anime called Nanbaka! It's a (mostly) comedy anime with a pretty interesting story. I'm still convinced the only reason more people didn't notice it is because of the huge hitters that all came out in 2016 >:(
