I literally have this character that does this for fun though it is more like he uses his dermatographia to create fantastic temporary patterns on his skin.

Most of my characters have just their ears pierced except for one with a lip piercing and this boy with multiple earrings on one ear. He also has face tattoos and I decided to give him a dragon tattoo on his back !
