1: Shroudul Congo: Giant Wistul + Frilled Wistul
πΏ Puppy:
Creation >Β Follow the Giant Wistul guide
Anatomy differences >Β Puppies have functioning legs, but no toes yet! They're amphibious, leaning more towards water-dependant. The belly scales only go about halfway up the neck. The ears are long and heavy as well as connected in the back like a Frilltul. There may be some decorative frills on the ears near the face. Add a tiny nub "hair tuft". The hind legs are less extremely angled. There isn't a reptile-like tail - instead, there's a cone shape with a slit up the side facing the booty. Also add a very tiny fin along the spine (it'll grow later!)
Color differences > Use the Frill color rules, with the exception of the mouth/tongue and blood. Instead, these will be the belly color. The eyes will have blackish pupils, but they're a sideways oval like a goat or horse. Optionally, you can add "backlight" markings! These go inside of the ear and tail cones and on one side of the back fin. They can be any color, but must all be the same color
Baby stuff >Β Skin may optionally shimmer in the light
Description form >Β Include the "mucus type" field
πΏ Guppy:
Design >Β Use either beta's color rules - they're the same. If desired, the new webbed toes may be any existing color
Matures out of >Β Sparkly skin - they're matte now!
Matures into >Β Has three toes on each foot. They're all webbed, but the back toes are too long and the webs don't reach the bottom. The back fin gets big and heavy, falling over one of the Shroudul's sides. The "head tuft" may get larger, but only slightly. Grows a medium length reptilian tail with the fleshy cone hanging from the end
Description form > Omit the "mudling approval" and "chill level". Shrouduls can use Giants' builds, but it's optional. If using, include a "build" field in the form
π These Tuls are likely to get none of the hotheaded attitude that Frills possess. It's just as well - they're not as well armed to go around threatening everything that comes at them
π The Giant Wistul feet attempt to carry over, but a combination of both Tuls' leg types makes them lower and less effective. Instead, the Shroudul uses this extra area for stability, walking flat-footed on their hind feet
π They can stand as tall as 2'5", but may be as small as 1'10" (7" difference). They're decently sized on their hind legs and can actually stay upright like that for a nigh worrying amount of time with their big pawsies
π As combination between a volatile temperament and a swift-footed runner, Shrouds are actually... pretty even-keeled. They tend to be determined and rational, though some have a bad habit of barking at the enemy when they're up some place they know they can't be reached
