FAQ
Q: What are scales?
A: Scales are the currency in Aqualis. Scales exist as a way to have a currency for those who don't currently have access to money. They can be purchased or obtained through giveaways and events.
Q: Where do points go to, if I purchase something with them?
A: All points go back into the species! Usually for contest prizes, but if we commissioned something for the World (art/code) we'd use these points!
Q: Why don't you take USD?
A: We don't accept USD because we don't have a way to put this back towards the species. The DA account allows us to securely store the exact balance for Shrimpshifters, but we don't have a method of doing that for real currencies.
