-Lucian often keeps all of his few possessions close, and always keeps a robust knife as well as throwing darts with him at all times.
What is their general state of dress or appearance?
-Lucian is a fairly tidy person, despite his less than ideal choice of domicile. He frequently cleans himself and his clothes in rivers or streams.
Personality
Personality Trait 1: Mellow. Lucian is a very quiet, introverted and non-confrontational person. He prefers to live in isolation with the exception of his boyfriend, his family on occasion, and the occasional visitors. Lucian is a bit of a push over when interacting with others, preferring to allow his nature to be taken advantage of rather than getting into any confrontations.
Personality Trait 2: Kind. Lucian is a very friendly and kind person. He often chooses to do what is right rather than what is accepted or safe. Lucian’s kindness has often gotten him into trouble, though it has also earned him friends.
Personality Trait 3: Wise. Lucian is extremely clever and wise, he is often willing to give advice to any who are willing to listen to him. Lucian is known for his wisdom, and many of those who visit him come specifically to seek his advice.
Loves: Alaric, the sky (though he sees it far less often than he would like), helping others, visiting with some of his cousins, art.
Hates: people who are cruel/take advantage of others, the cold, violence towards other people
Fears: Being caught on his ventures outside of the caverns, his parents
Goals/dreams: Lucian dreams of someday getting to live somewhere where he can see the sky with his boyfriend Alaric. He hopes someday Alaric will find the perfect place in his travels and bring him away from the caverns.
Hobbies: Lucian likes to make art of all kinds. He primarily paints and draws. On Lucian’s occasional ventures outside he will map the stars.
Habits: Lucian is very tidy and slightly neurotic, everything must be perfect and routines must be kept. He makes a habit of tidying his small cavern and washing in the stream each “morning”. Lucian also is in the habit of checking his star maps against his previous ones each time he goes outside.
Occupation: Lucian is a “seer”/wise person/hermit. He is sought out for advice and there are rumours spread he can tell fortunes with his star maps (he himself isn’t so sure of this, but the belief others have in him has almost convinced him it may be true)

-Lucian met Alaric on one of his ventures outside. Alaric had broken his leg, and despite Lucian’s initial fear of the Ignii, Lucian took Alaric into his cave (which is relatively isolated and close to the surface for a Caelian’s dwelling). Lucian cared for Alaric, and eventually fell in love with the boisterous, flirtatious, and odd vagabond.
-Alaric spends most of his time out travelling, but he always returns back to Lucian. Lucian enjoys being alone, but he likes being with Alaric more. Overall they spend about a quarter of each year together.
-Lucian and Alaric have agreed that neither will take other romantic partners, but that flings are acceptable
History
TLDR: Lucian felt disconnected from his parents and general Caelian society and left to be a “magical” weirdo who lives in a cave in the middle of nowhere.
Childhood: Lucian was born to parents who were fairly successful businesspeople who wanted an heir to train to take over for them eventually. Lucian, though clever and with a mind for numbers was extremely socially awkward and hated negotiation or bargaining. Lucian’s parents viewed him as so much of a disappointment that his parents had another child to be their heir instead.
-Despite Lucian’s poor relationship with his older family members (and thus society in general) he was very close with several of his cousins, who were always there to support him. The cousins were so close that they were often mistaken for siblings.
Adulthood: Lucian stayed in the city until adulthood so as not to distress his cousins, but when he became an adult Lucian bough rations and survival supplies and then ventured out into the most isolated branches of the caverns. When he found the cavern that would become his home and had settled down he made sure to give his cousins his location so they could visit him when they wanted to. Lucian has spent most of his adult years living as a hermit and offering advice to those who seek it from him.
