Terms of Ownership
Enchiron is a fantasy world composed of the following closed species: ianthina, caelian, ignii, theriad, and heliamore. Enchiron and all its associated concepts are created and owned by Celest. As a closed species, you may only make your own with an MYO slot. Enchiron OCs may otherwise be acquired through the sales of official adopts or other users within the community. We do not claim ownership nor rights over any human OCs made or used within the species, only the setting they're in.
If you are found breaking these rules, minor offenses will result in a warning, but in the case of serious offenses, you will be banned from the group.
Behavioral Expectations
While owning an Enchironian OC, you may not claim the species as your own or use your Enchiron OC for commercial purposes. Personal use only.
Harassment, bullying, and guilt tripping of any sort will not be tolerated.
Do not argue with mods. Decisions are final.
Those who support crypto/NFTs are not welcome.
Hateful behavior of any sort (racism, ableism, sexism, transphobia, queerphobia, etc) will not be tolerated.
MYO designs may be inspired by canon characters, but they cannot be copies. (AUs of characters/designs you own are fine.)
Art theft is a bannable offense. Credit must be given to original artists when sharing art that isn't yours. Credit must be given to Celest for species concepts.
Any adult caught distributing sexual content to a minor will be instantly banned and their designs voided. Any minor lying about their age to access sexual content will also be banned and their designs voided.
Sales and Trades
All official sales will take payment in USD, unless an artist requests otherwise. Do not attempt to purchase slots or sales if you don't have the funds. You have 48 hours to deliver payment. Purchases will be sent after payment's received.
Purchased slots may be traded or resold for purchase price, but free slots may only be gifted. Official designs received for free may not be resold, only traded or gifted, unless art has been added. MYO designs may be sold, traded, or gifted freely, even if the original slot was free. All ownership changes must be reported to the masterlist via DMing the masterlist account, or leaving a comment on an existing design's masterlist entry.
Purchases cannot be refunded.
Documentation
All Enchiron designs will be uploaded and documented on the Enchiron Toyhouse account to keep track of ownership, history, traits, and more. You will retain ownership to all designs you make with a link to your Enchiron OC's profile. Please do not delete your Enchiron OCs off of Toyhouse. If you wish to hide them, please authorize the Enchiron masterlist account so they may still be viewable. The masterlist how the ownership and legality of a design is determined. In the event of a dispute, the information on the masterlist will be used to settle it. All MYO designs must be submitted for approval.
Co-ownership is not officially recognized.
Redesigns
You are permitted to redesign a character at any time, so long as it remains conceptually recognizable. Traits may be changed, so long as original rarities are maintained. Please submit masterlist updates as a comment on the profile of the masterlist entry in question.
If you wish to change a design further (eg, change the entire concept of a character), you may turn it in to the shelter in exchange for an MYO slot, or use a redesign item, which may be purchased from the shop.
Voiding
Voiding is the process by which a design is removed from the species and no longer bound by this ToS. To void a design, it must be changed to no longer be identifiable as the species, and the new design sent to staff for approval. Voided designs can be reinstated at will, so long as the current owner is not banned.
You are permitted to leave the Enchiron community and keep your species character, so long as credit for the species concept continues to be given and the masterlist notified should you transfer the character to someone else.
Alternatively, you may donate a design you no longer want to the shelter.
