This scale should be used for all prompts! Please note:
- Active prompts are graded normally.
- An inactive prompt (aka, it is no longer the month stated in the title) is worth half the rewards. You may round up, in the event of halves.
- The Free Choice prompt is worth half the rewards.
- The Wiki Submissions prompt is worth double the rewards.
For writing:
- Any completed poem is worth 2 Memories.
- Any prose is worth 1 Memory per 100 words.
- Roleplay counts as prose.
For art, it's a little more complex, but you may refer to this chart for EACH character in a piece of art:
Bust/Closeup (25-30% of body is visible) | Half Body (40-70% of body) | Full Body (75%+ of body)
Sketch | 1 | 2 | 3 |
Lineart | 2 | 3 | 4 |
Uncolored | Rough/Partial Color | Clean Color
No Shading | +0 | +1 | +2 |
Minimal Shading | +1 | +2 | +3 |
Full Shading | +3 | +4 | +5 |
Painting | +4 | +5 | +6 |
No BG | Pattern/Abstract | Props/Scene Elements | Scene BG |
0 | +1 | +4 | Scene BGs are rewarded as if they are an additional character and follow the scale above. |
Some additional notes:
- Chibis are counted the same as non-chibi art.
- A prop must be of similar size and/or detail as the character to count. (Ex: a pencil does not count, but a grandfather clock does.)
- Any pets/wildlife that are featured as main elements of the piece (ex: a caelian meeting a dragon) are counted and graded as additional characters.
- Not sure how to grade your scene BG? For example: If you're drawing a character standing in their bedroom, a full shot of the room is a full-body, whereas, if just the window is visible and nothing else, it would be a closeup.
- Not sure what some of these terms mean? This system is closely modeled after Art Fight (though we have a few differences), so look here for some examples!
Want to make something else, such as music or a craft, and get Memories for it? Feel free to ask, and we can discuss what a fair reward would be!
