Donovan can't wake up without his morning cup of coffee but has never been married to one particular brand or blend.  Rather he enjoys buying an assortment of different flavors and roasts.  He's become such an expert on then he's seriously considered creating a blog solely dedicated to reviewing them.

Although Shine works at a candy shop, he's actually not super huge on sweets! It's likely because he's exposed to candy all day so he gets pretty sick of it quickly, and actually enjoys spicy foods more.

TBH Trent strikes me as being a real barbecue dad, or would definitely like to eat it if not cook it! (Especially since he is a werewolf!)

His enjoyment of making the mundane interesting also applies to his wardrobe. He wears things that others might find uncouth.

Angel's 'face' there isn't actually their face, and is instead a mask that they wear to conceal their emotions.... Also the fact that their neutral face looks really angry all the time and they're tired of being asked why they're upset.

Ozias never "trained" to become a Necromancer. His magical abilities are innate from birth, and often uncontrollable. He can regularly restrain it but its still impossible for him to touch anything dead without reanimating it (he's a vegetarian). Also he's immune to most poisons and diseases, a side-effect from his innate magic.
