high(er) effort headcanon thread

For Harvey :thumbsup:

- He has a number of habits that annoy people outside of his usual tendency to annoy people on purpose. It's usually a lot of tapping on things like pencils or bottles, or just generally tapping his foot while waiting for things. This makes it so that unless you're used to being around him, if his usual general loudness isn't ticking you off, the repetitive noises probably will. This especially annoys sophia, who is mostly used to perfect silence (and prefers it)

- Sophia has a sort of "aggressive positivity" when it comes to Harvey. She doesn't want to seem like she's "stooping down to his level" so to speak, but she hates seeing him mull over his issues, especially when it comes to his home life. Most of the time she'll give honestly pretty alright advice, but disguise it as offhand remarks or slight insults. She hopes that Harvey thinks she's just doing it on accident and doesn't notice. He notices.

- Sophia tried to math tutor him a singular time. This math session ended with Sophia becoming even more annoyed constantly with Harvey, and Harveys hatred of math becoming even stronger. neither will speak of this incident

- Zavia tends to speak faster the more riled up kit gets. Whenever that happens, kit may also mix up words ("My dog stepped on a bee" becomes "my bee stepped on a dog") which has also happened several times while kit was streaming. This has become of the few running jokes among kits fandom, and though kit thinks its rather funny kit also finds it pretty embarrassin. But hey, at least the viewers are happy.

- Kits sense of time is rather wonky, if thats the right word? Whenever kits doing something kit gets really into it, but in turn kit forgets about the time. Kit may start streaming at 10am and before kit knows it its already 5pm, even if it may feel like minutes. 

- (this was bound to happen but im doing it anyways) Kit enjoys having conversations with Gregory. Yes he's not a real cat, but it works? Somewhat? While kit enjoys talking to kits viewers, the only person (*ahem* thing) kit truly feels connected to is kits stuffed cat, as hes been around for so long hes almost like a real friend.

Crack Headcanons + random thoughts

- This guy probably also watched Markiplier’s plays through on Resident Evil LMAO (Mark even got the body pillow I’m cryinh)

- This guy went to a halloween party while wearing his normal clothes bc he’s clearly the man behind the slaughter

- He has a tumblr account and he’s the definition of a tumblr sexyman Im sorry it’s true

- My guy literally reminds of the creepypasta?? The smiler man? The one who dances in the street with a smile and he has jagged movements and stuff sobbinh

- Not sure if this is really crack?? This man can literally subject himself as a punching bag for people who literally have a grudge against someone they can’t exactly attack.

- Lets people test experiments on him, he comes out 100% fine but his body looks like he was incinerated by a hammer lmao but he doesn’t really care

Serious Headcanons
- This man probably dislikes light. I have a feeling that he likes lurking in the dark corners of his room (discord mod lookin ass smh /j) creepily, or eerily. But it’s mostly because he’s more comfortable in the dark. And since his pupils are permanently dilated, light tends to irritate him and his eyes. He can also be caught slightly off-guard by sudden flashing of lights but that does not cause him to be stunned, at least for enough time to run away.

- Now that you mention it, he’s ultra sensitive to light— So just for a sweeter Headcanon, he likes the darkness a lot, especially moonlight (he does’t mind pitch black either). It’s his way of comfort, and how he recollects his thoughts. It’s like his break from all the chaos.

- his timid and awkwardness tend to lead in very strange situations. Like people thinking that he’s acting like a creep or that he’s being weird. Eddie tends to ignore these insults— unfortunately he’s used to them. Just like how he tolerates physic pain, he tolerates mental abuse as well. Often insulted despite him being a really nice guy. He just needs to work out on how he acts on the surface lol

- Often daydreams, he daydreams a lot. His head is constantly in the clouds as he dreams of things he wants to be, or how things should have gone in his life. Often doesn’t listen to a conversation! He’s a very  empty brain™ You could catch him staring into the distance. Especially while you’re having a conversation with someone and he’s not very interested.

- Adding to Empty Brain™, he gets easily distracted by things he likes or catches his attention. E.g Fancy clothes, jewelry, butterflies or that one knife he remembers located in your kitchen I mean what

- Even though he’s a demon, he’s a pretty strong one. Anything like crosses, bible-verses/chants and salt cirlces actually do not do anything to him. Holy water could burn a little, but just a sizzle. Doesn’t really do too much damage. Just play cbat and he’ll go away immediately /j HELPSSJ Okay but seriously, none of these demon-adverting things actually advert his attention or powers. But sometimes he pretends they do to make the person feel better about themselves.

- He uses his core form to bribe people he loves into doing what he wants (Not in a toxic manipulative way, more of in a “can you pls wash the dishes * bats eyelashes cutely * “ way).

• The sounds of guns being fired are a huge trigger for Charlie, since it'll remind her of her earlier days as a prize hunter. She'll lose focus on anything she was doing prior to it, and become easily scared by anything that moves. It can last up to a few hours, but usually being with Vixey helps her calm down faster from it.
  
• Similarly, whenever she gets in a bad mood, angry, or scared at anything Vixey will be the one to confort her, and they'll stay up to hours just cuddling up together with each other, while chilling in the forest. The two of them are always on good terms, and any disagreements or arguments between them are very rare.
• Charlie adores everything about fall, be it the crunchy leaves or nice views, but by far, her favorites are finding and collecting mushrooms - She finds them extremely pretty and will go out of her way for long times just to hunt for any ones that interest her, and she'll always bring the ones she likes most back to her sleeping place.
  
• Her disliking weird bugs comes from one of her memories from when she was still a pup, from when she accidentally stumbled and hit a beehive while playing around in the grass, which ended up leading to her being stung multiple times by them. She's still afraid of bees, to this day.
• She's INCREDIBLY fast, being able to run up to 30km/h if she ever feels like it. She'll often be seem just almost flying through the forest she lives in, and the only thing you'll be able to see will be a thin cloud of smoke generated from just how fast she's going. Absolutely adores racing with others.

Claim!

- When in need of comfort, Litchi often goes outside and finds a tree to go sit under, and will just watch the stars, the moon and all the clouds moving. He is astounded by it and thinks it’s probably the prettiest thing in the world. He can watch it for hours without even realising. Sometimes he does it during the day but he’s usually most in need of comfort at night.

- Litchi is pretty terrible at self care. Physical self care, like repairs, he’s good at, but when it comes to the more emotional side of it, he has no idea what to do and often doesn’t even realise he’s in need of it. Sage is often the one to pull Litchi away from whatever he was doing and get him to just relax. 

- Even though he’s an android and shouldn’t have trouble, he’s awful with directions. He can get lost so damn easily and it’s incredibly hilarious to see him so bewildered and confused. He’s thought about buying a tiny GPS watch but keeps putting it off because he’s a bit embarrassed about it.

- Litchi hates it when people eat with their mouth open, especially when they’re eating greasy or more liquid-y foods. He finds it so repulsive and has to look away completely, once even moving his entire table around so no one had to look.

- This man loves physical contact. One of his favourite things in the entire world. He could just cuddle with Sage for hours if time permitted, but that often isn’t the case. When they’re busy and he’s in need of physical contact, he’ll often go to Sage (or any very close friends around, but its usually Sage) and just hold hands or something similar.

And just a funny little one:

- Litchi swears like a damn sailor, especially when by himself.

- Stepan has "A Voice" he puts on when talking to basically everyone, although he drops it when talking to the few people he respects, those familiar with him can pick up right away that despite the suave polite attitude he puts on, his voice is basically totally null underneath the inflection he's put on. It basically sounds like he's gone on autopilot during the conversation without actually engaging or listening, and it's a surefire way to tell he thinks he has better things to do.

- His skin is freezing to the touch, and when interacting with people who he'd rather not find out about his vampirism, he wears gloves with heat packs in. This usually has the side effect of people assuming his hands are unnaturally warm (almost hot) to the touch.

- He doesn't actually burn in the sun like a movie vampire, but if exposed to it for too long, it weakens him and he can quickly become exhausted. He's also very prone to sunburns (although this may also possibly be due to how pasty pale his skin is)

- Having a constant chill often brings back memories of the night he was left in the woods. This falters his usual apathy, and it causes him to often bundle in lots of coats and blankets at even the slightest hint of a shiver (some people find this endearing or cute, much to his annoyance)

Headcanon for Tint (Let me know if I misread anything or change things up for you)

• If Tint has flashback, they would freeze up and start loading up their memory drive while Dispatch gets really frustrated trying to move their “arm” and shake extremely hard and even try press every button they can to not freeze up their “arm” sometimes in the worst of times where Dispatch really needs them, they may have no choice but to figure out to defend themselves. Tint’s update when they get flashback depends if the memory takes longer to process or it’s an easy fix. So the loading and the updating takes around minute or an hour.
• Tint still hates Dispatch who chats about beliefs and motives. So as revenge Tint annoyingly talks about SAMS to get Dispatch to stop talking about his silly believes. They tell Dispatch that if they ever talk about their outlandish beliefs and motives again they will talk about SAMS for hours and hours until, maybe, that Dispatch would stop talking about it. But Dispatch still doesn’t listen and still talks about their motive and gaols.
• Tint likes to be sarcastic and has habit of being sarcastic when Dispatch rambles about something or they request something from them. They think it’s funny and dose it all time and most of the time Dispatch doesn’t catch their sarcasm which Tint has to explain a million of times that they are being sarcastic, but most of the time Dispatch still fails to realize that Tint was being sarcastic. 
• Before Tint become a “alive arm” for dispatch Tint and SAMS read each other book about how stars are made and read together about space and galaxy and read about the planetarium, at first they both didn’t know to build one themselves or have enough/no money build one themselves but that doesn’t mean they give up their dreams to build one themselves. So they build it made from junk or free stuff they see from a random shop or from the trash. But sadly the unfortunate event happened, which is still unfinished building till this day. 
• Tint actually likes seeing the stars whenever Dispatch watches the city at night, it reminds them of the good times they were with SAMS but also they feel distraught most of the time because they now an arm and feel lonely without SAMS and also, feel like they trapped by the most hated robot ever, which makes them even more sadder.

Headcanons for Amani!

-They are very pacifist and peaceful, always wanting to solve conflict in the most peaceful way possible. Violence is an absolutely last resort if any peaceful method fails, and while they have some fighting capabilities they really dislike hurting others.

-While they like a lot of tea types, their favorite is chamomile tea. They also prefer to get teas from cafes, as they are unable to brew their own tea without messing something else due to be being bad in the kitchen.

-They can and will ramble someone’s ears off about the lore and stories of their favorite anime / manga / video games. They pay attention to every single detail of the lore and manages to keep it all in their head in a organized way, while have way too many interpretations of the story itself. 

-They often gift things to people at very random times; or simply give them a note telling them of a positive message made just for them. Again, at very random times and it increases exponentially on holidays such as Christmas, Valentines Day, etc.

-Very analytical and often analyzes people or things at very great lengths. While they dont show signs of analyzing in fear of being seen as creepy or rude, they still are analyzing even the smallest things.

-often tells jokes about her being a killer. she's methodical enough not to reveal too much information + entertaining enough that no one actually believes it, and it's a popular running joke between her fans

-wine aunt. quite knowledgeable in fine wines, and keeps a lot of empty bottles that looks pleasing to the eye. hates whiskey & other strong tasting/smelling alcohols

-leaves a calling card after killing people. mostly as a way to taunt the police for not doing their jobs right, or the person's she's killed accomplices/family. it surprisingly has a simple design

-not sure if this exists in the universe she's in, but i think she'd be interested in true crime. there's something interesting about learning another killer's perspective, and sometimes it gives her ideas for torture methods

Jin-Say doesn't need to sleep much, and sometimes will spend entire nights awake, watching the sky with Callum. She knows a LOT about different planets and constellations and can easily name the majority of them.
In particular, she loves looking at the different moon phases, and her spiritual ability to see demons grows will become stronger whenever there's a full moon up in the sky above.
Incredibly good at reading people, and can easily find out what's on their mind without much effort. It's pretty much impossible to lie to her, since she'll almost 100% figure out that you're not telling the truth.
Even though she doesn't admit it, Jin-Say loves fluffy things, especially Hiazul. Whenever she does get exhausted/stressed, she'll cuddle up with the snowpea, sometimes falling asleep on top of the fluffiness.
She's not a good swimmer, as her smaller frame makes it harder to swim through stronger currents, and as such is actually a bit afraid of going in water.
Jin-Say is also a really expert cook, and often will team up with Callum to make a big meal for everyone.
If you hug her/compliment her she'll just melt down. She loves being praised as its something she rarely ever heard during her childhood, and will become especially happy if you compliment her abilities/skills.
