a nice big cup of cafe glace(coffee) with butter toast and bacon. if in a rush, she would grab a cereal bar and a cup of coffee to go!

Coffee 100% first of all lol. Jamie seems like the kind of person who's busy a lot, so she might just go for something simple like pb&j sandwich + coffee + some fruits. 

I have a feeling that he skips breakfast often. But ,when he remembers to eat breakfast, dried fruit form the base of it. Dried fruit and yoghurt, dried fruit and porridge etc. 

I think Morty never shook the feeling of being on the run/ready to flee the country whenever he must and thus eats little and quick. Dried fruit is an easy thing to snack down

Something fast and something portable. This guy seems to be traveling around a lot, so something simple like a cup of coffee and some toast would be suitable.
