How about my sad dad, Kenjirou Tateyama from Kagerou Project? He isn't really evil compared to the pics of him I showed. He's a teacher and he works really hard as one, despite the fact he sleeps 2 hours a night for his students and he was also a good father to 3 orphaned children, too. It's just shit hits the fan when he and his wife was involved in a landslide where his wife dies and he lives because of a weir ass snake. Unfortunately, the snake possessed him and literally experimented on some of his students until he fuking dies the worst, unfair way by being left by the snake because it found a better body to posses. This dad deserved better

He also likes JoJo and his favorite is Kakyoin

Appearance-wise, I'd give a 4/10 because he's not my type of appearance but if judging from surface knowledge of your description, I would give him a 7/10 because he sounds super cute! He's more of the type I'd hang out as friends with, but hey, he seemed funny and LOL at that rapping part. The images you choose for him are hilarious also-

It's currently her event in the source material (game) rn and she's also my icon so I gotta spread my love to....Megumi Tokoro from Idolm@ster Million Live.

Megumi is like any girl who likes fashion and make-up, but she's not only that--her entire character surrounds about her and her FRIENDS that she's good at remembering birthdays, hanging out with anyone and often wants the best for the sake of her friends' happiness! (To put it simply, her friends are her life!)

Though this fact also comes with certain flaws that Megumi hides parts of herself that she felt her friends wouldn't like (such as her low confidence on herself) and she easily cries if anyone praises her or even genuinely thanked her for anything... Oh. Megumi. I love this peppy little selfless girl. Oh yeah, since she's an idol from an idol franchise, her voice range is really AMAZING.

Okay, time for me to be painfully obvious and go for my username-sake - best girl, Nitocris, from Fate/Grand Order!

I love her so much. She's proper, elegant, and everything you'd expect from someone considered to be royalty (at least, I feel like Pharaohs were looked upon as such.), yet she's also a very sweet girl, having many emotions.
In case you don't know the story of the real Nitocris - she was a Pharaoh. Her brothers were murdered and she brought all the people responsible into a big room under the guise of a party, but when she left, she flooded the place. It's believed she committed suicide afterwards. Sorry if I got some info wrong - I'm not very good at remembering things ;;
But yes, I really love her!!
