❲IC❳ Corrupt the wish above you!

Posted 6 years, 5 months ago (Edited 6 years, 5 months ago) by colorful

The title is self-explanatory, but you will corrupt the wish of the OC above you! Just like how Sayaka Miki wished for her crush to be cured so she can hear him play the violin once more, only to get a result where her best friend dates her crush! Yes, be Kyubey using your OCs!

Example:

  1. Damien: I want to discover the truth behind Thalassia.
  2. Motoco: You encounter the scroll of truth that holds the reason why Thalassia exists, only to realize that it was made so you could respect women. I want this oni boy to see colors.
  3. Mircalla: Uuu... I'm sorry but he will be able to see your scary face and he will become stone... Uuuu... I want to eat cheesecake!

And so on.

My only rules are:

  • Abide the Toyhouse rules
  • Only post again every after 2 posts (like wait for two more different people to post)
  • You may edit your post to correspond to the corruption that the OC below did!
  • Claim your posts for less ninjas! Though if a week has passed and you didn't edit your post, you will be skipped
  • Black out explicit content such as extreme lewds, traumas, and hardcore gore such as gut spill or bones being exposed!
  • Have fun, upupupu~

"Well, your wish is granted, babe!"

Cri'Eal smiles. "Now, the woman is obsessed with you, enough where she only gets you go to the bathroom alone! You're always together. You eat together, you work together, you even SLEEP together! Your mother is so overprotective of you, that she barely lets you do your job. It all sounds nice and sweet in retrospect, but not having even ten minutes alone would really drive a person nuts. Have fun with your new shadow."

"I wish I had my wife back. We got into a nasty fight some years ago... about 70, I think. Anyways, I just want her to come back and give me a second chance! I'm a nice lady! And if we got along once, we can get along again.... right?"

Calabaza ParadiseLost

“Granted, but your wife has no idea who you are and you’ll have to fall in love again. Or not.”

—————

“I wish I was taller...At only 5 feet, people often make fun of my height and I’d like it to stop...”

Smithson (Human) kafkaesque

Initially reluctant to grant the wish (as he really liked it when he could use his height to boost the intimidation offered by his wealth and social status), Smithson sighed and rubbed his forehead. It was, to say the least, painfully clear that he was going to do whatever it took to either corrupt said wish or just... Defer it from being granted for as long as he could.

Or better yet... Both.

The idea made the middle-aged man raised his brow as he looked over at the young lass. More than once, he opened his mouth, but absolutely nothing came out. That, or something completely unrelated, such as, "How's the weather today, miss?" He didn't expect nor want an answer; he just really wanted to delay the inevitable for as long as he could. That, just like everything else, was all fun and games to him. It always was, anyways.

But eventually, even that got boring, so Smithson just sighed and relented with a wave of his hand, "Fine, I guess you can get taller..." His voice was clearly exasperated and strained, but then he remembered... He could alter it as he wished. "... But you'll be as tall as a skyscraper. At least a hundred feet tall if I remember correctly. You never specified how much taller you wanted to be, after all," he added as a smirk appeared on his face. Amusement was clearly present in his expression, although he had no intention of caring about whether it was reciprocated or not. "I'm sure people wouldn't exactly like that either, but hey," Smithson stated with a shrug, "At least you can use your newfound height to scare off anyone who gets on your nerves."

With a huff, Smithson kicked at the ground before looking up and muttering, "You know, I actually don't really have a wish in mind at the moment... I'm pretty satisfied with where I am... I don't think I-" He suddenly froze, both in speech and in movement. Wait... That didn't seem right... The middle-aged man looked up but otherwise remained static and silent.

What's in your mind, Smithson? It should be empty at the moment, as it should be. What's in your mind, Smithson? Are you thinking about-

Sighing a bit too loudly for his own good, he uttered (but this time loud enough to hear), "Actually, now that I think about it, there's this... One regret that I have... There's this woman who used to take care of me when I was younger. Her name was Dolores, if I remember correctly. She was very sweet, and I even let her come along with me when I started a new family with my wife... The problem is..." He grumbled and rubbed his forehead as he silently directed any annoyance at himself. "We ended our dynamic on bad times. We... Got into a fight, and I ended up firing her.. At the time, I thought I had said everything to her, but now I realize that's not the case. I do wish I had the opportunity to speak to her again, at least one last time. I don't want anything from her. I just want to set things straight." His teeth gritted slightly, which hurt him a bit, but he kept his mouth shut and refused to disclose any more details.

holy FUCK it's a quick follow-up.... after two months..... rip me for hinting at spoilers in this follow-up though wheeze-

Smithson blinked at the other party for a few seconds, completely silent as he attempted to wrap his mind on this one condition. Well, at least he was able to see Dolores again? He clenched his hands and sighed, his eyes clouding slightly. Why do I need to speak in sign language again? Did she become deaf or mute after her departure? Raising a hand, he thought of asking for details, but before he knew it, the granter of his wish was now... Gone. Great.

As undesirable as it was, the thought of somehow being connected to Dolores's downfall was... Odd. On one hand, he thought it was justice served, because she had criticized him and now she was punished. He was right, and that was what mattered. Yet at the same time, Smithson did wish the best for her. But why? Didn't his father, whom he hated with all his heart, speak nicely of her at some point? Oh wait, he remembered, that was a slip-up. He had told him that she was a cruel woman, one prone to wanton acts and words that even a cruel man like Johnson refused to utter. Johnson - in that regard - was supposed to be the lesser of the two evils, and Smithson was conflicted about it. Sometimes, he thought his father was bullshitting in the worst way possible; sometimes... It made sense. It did explain a lot, after all.

"I don't need to say much to her," he muttered to nobody in particular, his teeth grinding against each other in the process. "The key fact is that I'm doing something, and I need the power. I need the expression..." There, that sounded better. He sighed and looked up at the sky. Johnson didn't like expression, and Smithson was defying it. Cognitive dissonance was gone, at least for now. The middle-aged man took a deep breath before asking "How has anything changed? I feel the same as before. Where's Dolores?"

And as if on cue, he remembered where she was... Some house on the top of a mountain? Holy shit, he thought while taking a step back. That tidbit of knowledge had never been in his head before! Maybe that was how the wish functioned! Smithson looked down at his hands, then opened and closed them. Interesting... Suddenly, he clenched his hands and looked up at the sky with a scowl. Dolores, wherever you are... I'll find you. And I'll get this issue solved once and for all. Sign language won't stop me at all.

PastaSalad

"Your wish is granted Though the only way to speak to her is through Sign Language.

Coco *Thinks Of A wish*(Its so Cringy😂) "I wish to meet Seto Kaiba Or Vegeta Maybe have one Fall in love with me.

Yunichi ParadiseLost

"Granted, you may meet Vegeta. However in order to do so he loses his Saiyan powers."

"Time for the most chaotic neutral move ever...I wish water was wet. No, you do not need to know my motivation for this, nor what I will do with this information."

Walker (Human) kafkaesque

ouch. a long-ish reply.

Walker squinted at the entity, and... No, this wasn't the good type of squinting. Rather, she seemed offended by the whole request, as if it had somehow spoke down to her and treated her as someone lesser. Who does she think she is, stating the most obvious... Most obvious claim in her request! I can do nothing about that! With a huff, she turned away from her with crossed arms. The temptation to badger her with questions and insults very much rang in her mind, but she preferred giving the cold shoulder for now. It was easier on her nerves anyway.

With great bitterness, she could be hear quietly spitting, "This wish... I cannot grant it at all! Water, wet!? That is already true!" The middle-aged woman scowled as she stomped a foot against the ground, then winced just seconds later after witnessing her own little outburst. "Oh..." Walker muttered in a more resigned fashion before looking back over at the other party, "You came to the wrong person for that type of request, but..." She rubbed her hands as an ominous glitter started to appear in her eyes.

"I will see what I can do with that ludicrous suggestion... Just do not expect it to go the way you want."

The aristocrat remained facing away from her as she bit her lip and furrowed her brow, all before she said, "Fine. Water is wet." Stupid youngsters, always trying to be "chaotic." What type of wish is that? Her frustration could barely be contained, each word drenched with more resentment than the last. She pointed a finger at the lass and took several steps towards her; eventually, her finger just hovered a few inches from her face, although Walker was absolutely determined to maintain that distance to the best of her ability.

"But, it is not just water that will be wet," she hissed through gritted teeth, "Everything will be wet for you. And only you. You will never feel anything dry ever again. No more leather, no more feathers... Everything will feel just like water. Everyone else, they can feel the sensations just fine. But you? You cannot." The woman let her finger down before taking a few steps back. She crossed her arms again as she finished sourly, "Serves you right for trying to think of yourself as superior to me. I may be an older woman, yes, but I still very much deserve respect, miss."

A wish, huh?

Walker frowned at the other party as she muttered, "I do not know what I want for in life, to be perfectly honest. I am mostly content with what I have right now." She held her hands close to herself while eyeing them, just to make sure she was reading their expression correctly. "You probably view me as privileged as an aristocrat," she continued with a dip of her head, "which I do not blame you for. I have the money, the status... Aspects that not everyone can gloat about." The middle-aged woman chuckled lightly to herself before sighing gently.

"Though I must admit, there is more than what lies underneath the silver sheen..." she resumed after a period of silence. Then there was another duration in which nothing was said, for she did nothing to complete her thoughts. All that could be heard in this time was a gentle "ahem" as she cleared her throat, but it didn't actually precede anything... At least not immediately. It took yet more time for her to come up with her words, and as she did so, her frown grew... Softer. More tender. It wasn't what she wanted - the opposite of it, actually - but she just... Couldn't control it for once.

Walker wanted control. She needed it back. Now.

But at the same time, there really was nothing to lose at this point...

Turning herself on her feet so that she no longer looked into the other party's eyes, Walker finally continued, "I cannot help but feel deeply empty, you know. Ever since my son disappeared. Or ran off, if my suspicions are correct." She shook her head. "I did everything I could for him, yet it still was not enough for him. I do not know if the blame should lie on me, my husband, or my son." A noise that almost sounded like a whimper escaped from her throat, albeit barely. "I... I just want him back. I do not know where he is right now, but I miss him nonetheless. With me. And my husband too. I only wish for everything to be normal again, before he left..."

follow-up, follow-up....

Walker eyed the canine with a frown, the presence of the other party almost tugging at her heartstrings in a way. She would've believed that she was better off with anyone else - the fact that she was with him out of all the entities out there signifying desperation on her part - but at the same time... That could've been very much a lie. Her son had a dog, after all... Said canine was a bit similar to the one she was now speaking to, except that it was fluffier and had less markings.

"Perhaps this was a mistake," the middle-aged woman droned while biting her lip, "I cannot sink this low, let alone now..." She still refused to look at him, but if she could bear to do so, her eyes would've stirred with both longing and disdain. She couldn't bear the obnoxious inflection, one that talked down to her without even trying; back at home, Walker could've snapped her fingers, and his reputation would be ruined like that. Walker started to miss home because of it. Her lip curled while he continued to speak.

However, it ended up relaxing to some degree when he told her when she could see her family.

Finally, she turned to face him with an "Oh?" She seemed genuinely stunned for once, though she still tried to hold back any tears she might've had in her eyes. Nevertheless, it was obvious she was getting emotional, based off the twitching of her lip and the slight waver in her reply. "You... You sure?" Walker uttered while holding her hands together, "I believe there might be a mistake. You cannot just- No, no, no..." She held her hands close to her chest as she shook her head.

Walker had no idea how to feel when the wish ended up being corrupted. She should've expected it, especially from devious folk like him; however, there was also that feeling of powerlessness, one that felt familiar to her once more. He looked nothing like... Her, but here he was, dangling something that she wanted badly but then adding a qualifier that made her question what the point was in the first place. The woman bit her lip while trying not to scream. Cry? It twitched nonetheless.

"I... I can work with that," she hissed while shooting him a glare, "Though I must ask: does this apply to both my husband and my son, or only my son? Because I only asked for my son to come back. My husband was intended to be exempt from that cruel twist of fate, mind you..."

"Straight macaroni? You madlad..." She sighed. "Well, fine. Granted, but now all other pasta is bent. L-shaped lasagna? Hard to eat spaghetti? These are side effects."

"I wish my eyes were more normal, I'm tired of people looking at me funny because one of my eyes has no pupils."

Maribelle Burnett Vapor

Maribelle blinked in surprise. A what? A magical girl? Alas, she herself was born a bit too late to the Sailor Moon party, but nevertheless, she crossed her arms and nodded at the other girl's request.

"I'll try my best." she said, "You can be a magical girl. One with all the powers or whatever you'd ever wish for... But, you'll be so cute that no one will want to leave you alone... You'll be followed everywhere. Followed all the time. Even when you sleep, there will always be hundreds outside your bedroom, and five in there with you."

The girl paused to rub her nose as she stared at Alie, and then, bitterly, she added-- "Your entire life will revolve around your... people, as theirs will revolve around yours."

"I never got the chance to say goodbye to my father, before my... you know, before he died." Maribelle told the other. It was a stupid thing to ask for, she knew that. Otto was never a mature man, no matter how he liked to parade himself as such in public, but she did miss him.

But, perhaps "stupid" was an understatement.

"I just want him back, even if, like-- even if for a little while, because... You know, he's my father. He took care of me when no one else would."

Her much better father fucking writhed in his grave.

"...." Cordelia was silent a moment she licked her lips. "Okay." She said finally. "Your wish has been granted. However. You will be pulled into the past to the last moment you ever saw him and will have 3 minutes to say goodbye. He will of course have no idea of his death and will likely be very confused on what your talking about. You will have him back for only a little while. Forgive me. I wish I was not put in a situation of a child truely wanting to see her father. But I am and I must do the duty I was called for. Im sorry for that. "

-----

"I want to tell the person I loved my true feelings for them.  he was assianated and I..my biggest regret was not telling him my feelings when he was alive." she said quietly. "Just for..one moment. One last time let me see him when he was alive and tell him my feelings. Please. "

Aiden salternate

Revival time! This kiddo gets a wholesome twist.

Aiden briefly perked his head up, surprised by her response.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that," Aiden exhaled, staring at the floor and blinking slowly.

"I-I-I hope th-that wish gets g-granted to you...but you two get to stay together for as long as you wish. Losing someone you love, w-well, sucks. Hopefully, if-if that were the case, y-you could make up so-so-so much time that you two lost."

"Ugh, damnit!" He hissed at himself, letting his hand slide down his face.

"I-I wish I-I wasn't so damn tired all the t-time!"
