There's not much OOC threads out here, and I'm beyond surprised there isn't a separate thread for an OOC one, so here I come. Let's put some rules tho
- This should be obvious, but do not flame anyone
- Let's slightly differentiate this thread from the other threads. think of this as making an acquaintance, or a perfect opportunity to talk to the person above you
- Have at least two lines and browse the profile of the user above you! You will be pinged and asked you to edit your claim if you fail to comply this rule
- "Your ocs/artworks are good!!" if you're ever going to post that please emphasize why you like their art/oc and cite your favorites from that person
- However, if you're going to point out an OC, at least skim a bit of their basic bio and talk about those details! ' w')/
- "I want to rp with you for a long time already but I could barely find the right time" it's ok to post that, you can use this thread to reach out to the people you like
- If the person above you recently ranted on the vent/complaints board, you can cheer em up!
- DO NOT EVER COMPARE YOURSELF TO THE PERSON ABOVE YOU OR YOU WILL GET A WARNING (e.g. your ocs are better than mine)
- optional: claim your post
- optional: ping the user above you (except me because i'm subbed to this thread)
for the warnings, I can only use it 3 times before you get banned in my threads

HeartlessSpade your art is just so, good. Your shading and line art is so on point, I can't tell if you use a pen tool or do it all raw. It's nicely done and each character you have seems to have it's unique differences. I especially love your monster characters. //I'm a hoe for monster-looking characters// It's nice to see an actual monster once in awhile. It gets tiring when I just see humanoids labeled monster.
Overall it'd be neat to talk and junk like that, although I'm not too interesting.

Hey! I just want to say that I really admire your character designs. You have so many really unique characters-- especially monsters and creatures, that you couldn't mistake for being anyone else's. It's not easy to make designs that are somewhat simple but really distinct, and you have a knack for it!
I think it's great that you want to work in animation. You definitely seem to have the creativity for it, and I wish you all the best in the future!

I also admire how much effort you put in in your characters, it’s a really good thing to have in my book! i mean a lot of them are in plotlines aaaaa-

first of all i saw ur pic and thought DOGGO and i went to your page and got greeted by another good doggo and my heart burst and ia ctually wanted to tear up. ive been tearing up whenever i see animals lately...for the past like several months hfkds, i love them sm, so im guessing its your dog? anyway pls tell them i love them!

ethanol omg u have so many OCs i wonder how hard it is to keep track of them all? like i have so much trouble handling like... 40... but over 200 is so cool i have no idea how u do it haha - all the designs in ur character folder look really cool tbh and i really love these babies x x x x x they all look hella neat :D ur characters are all pretty unique looking i think!

Heyyy I think that despite being both "regulars" in the game forums we haven't talked that much? So I wanted to say that I find your style super cool, the amount of detail you put in your artwork really show your your love for your OCs! And your designs are so original and recognizable! I wush I knew more about Homestuck and the other fandoms you're in so I could appreciate your characters' bio more ;o;
Also I wanted to say that I saw your post in the vent board about Orchid being whitewashed, and I feel so sorry for you! It already happened several times to my OCs too, I know it sucks man ;o;

You have so much dedication for all your series (this is an awkward word to make plural) and characters, and it's such a pleasure to see! I don't know you well, but you always just come across as so enthusiastic and upbeat, and it's clear that you put a lot of heart into your creations. <3 Your characters are so varied and interesting, and all of them feel like they could be real people. They're always fun to look through, and I wish you the best with your series!
