She tends to bite her nails as a coping mechanism, especially on the off chance she's in a particularly depressive state. She's disgusted at how she does this, and how it causes her nails to seem imperfect which messes with her perfectionism, and as a result she always goes out of her way to buy fake nails.
I checked as best I could for a similar thread and didn't find one so please tell me if one already exists and I'll delete mine! :X

Detroits bad habit is that he always keeps a lot of candy in his pockets. But often the candy melts because of his body temperature. It leaves a sticky mess behind.
He also never shares candy if someone asks him to do so.

When Nicolai gets sucked into his own thoughts, he has a habit of nibbling on his nails. However, sometimes when deep in thought, he instead starts nibbling on the tips of his mechanical fingers instead. Because of that, he's had to make a whole set of new fingertip parts, just for when he occasionally damages the tips.
She seems like the type to constantly trail off when speaking and never actually finishing a point that she got started on
she seems like the type of gal who will start talking about something, stop halfway to bring up something else, try to finish her original story but get off track again hehe ^^
The he know with his puppy eyes he can get literally anything he wants without giving up on wanting it, even tho that not really a bad habit but sometime it could be really bad to the people who cannot say no to him, so I listed that as his bad habit.

Pei never throws his trash away! It's a habit that surfaced from his childhood, and it's one that he struggles to break. He will only throw it away if he's right next to a trash can, which might annoy others mildly.
