I don't think I've seen this exact game here before, but I thought this would be fun. It's the reverse of the Describe in One Word the OC Above thread, kind of: the first person will post a word (any word, it doesn't have to be an adjective) and the next person will post IC as a character who suits that word, then pick a new word for the next OC!
For example:
Person 1: bird
Person 2: [posts IC as a gryphon, or an OC who loves their pet birds, or an OC named Robin?] danger
Person 3: [posts IC as a serial killer, or a first responder, or an OC into extreme sports?] neon
and so on...
Tips and rules:
- When you respond to a prompt, mention how your character suits that word! You can respond IC or OOC as you wish.
- Try to pick words that aren't so specific that they won't fit anyone's character, but words that can take clever interpretations are lots of fun!
- Let's keep this clean and light-hearted; it's ok to mention dark or violent pasts, for example, but this isn't the place for in-depth gory or sexual answers.
- Let at least two people post before going again. Try to vary the OCs you post, if you can.
- If we get stuck on a word for a week, it's ok to make a new prompt and start from there.
- Please do not skip anyone in this thread (unless we've gone a week without a response). If you cannot see the post above you because the poster or you have blocked each other, wait for another person to comment before replying to the thread. Feel free to bump the thread to encourage others to participate!
- You can bump the thread as often as you like; I don't mind.
- Have fun!
