I WANT TO REVIVE THIS THREAD.

this was hard beause i dont think any of your men deserve any of my men [also i think... most of my men are way older?] BUT i dug through. i picked out a couple . maybe not a couple-couple, though.

this is partly due to a certain other thread in forum games, BUT. shrike and chase being friends sounds just fine to me. i can't really see them being together in a romantic sense, since shrike's tastes run more milfular, and also since whenever i think of your characters i usually think "gay man", whether or not that'd be the case for chase, but nonetheless they seem like they'd get along pretty well, anyhow, whether or not she's disguised. they can go downtown. they can get a pizza. they can hit up a gay bar. the possibilities are endless.

for next poster hmmmm. i'm fine with all of my characters being shipped [only rule is to just consider ages + orientations] but for convenience i'll just put... a tiny list. [i'm ALWAYS down for platonic/familial for all of these]

maribelle [no romance, since she's mean. platonic/familial preferred a lot more.]

shrike [romance is fine, but keep in mind that she's gay and she also... only likes women who look/act older than 35.]

gregory [romance is fine! u_u he's just sad.]

noel [like maribelle, platonic is preferred. romance is fine, but he's kind of a shitbag.]

otto [ROMANCE. ALSO FINE? he doesn't feel actual romantic love for anyone. he's a huge asshole.]

I'd totally ship Gregory and this rouge soldier. They had pre-existing interaction already too! HUEHUEHUE.
The unnamed soldier needs to protect people to feel worthy of existence. And poor Gregory needs to be protected!! Greg just needs to be shown love and to have someone there by his side day and night. And that so totally be unnamed soldier! He won't have to sleep. He can keep Greg safe at night, make sure he don't have any terrors. Be there for him. Greg doesn't has to have long conversation with him, and be overly friendly. Unnamed can just physically be there with him. Since the soldier isn't much of a talker himself. His human social skills interaction really lacks. They can just be there next to each other, so they both aren't so lonely. So they are match made! This will most likely be a platonic relationship. Unless Gregory goes there and gets freaky! LOL. Perhaps the rouge soldier will feel things he's never felt before. Or not. Either way, they could be great pals! He'd be down to be Gregory's personal bodyguard and do as Gregory orders. 

@ below person. Ship Unnamed with any of yours? He kinda lonely and could use a buddy, ally, friend. Unless someone wanna get freaky with him and push that envelope to romance.

After all those interactions they've had? I'd LOVE to see Soldier and Ethan together! The very image of this slice of life kind of guy that's down on his luck, but with a giant, scary guy carrying him around like a puppy is so adorable! I can picture a cat or something wandering over to Ethan and he's about to pet it when the soldier points several guns at it.
I can see Ethan also having to teach him how to not decimate everything around them and how to live a simple life. Just a simple love story excluding the fact that one of the main love interests is a frightening, mysterious soldier!

I'd like to see other ideas with Ethan, but anyone's game!

I'm actually going to say that my idea is pretty much platonic because Fitzgerald would absolutely make a terrible partner (not that he likes romance anyways wheeze), but...

I can definitely sense "opposites attract" vibes between Augustus and Fitzgerald?? Fitzgerald is lawful while Augustus is chaotic, so they'd definitely clash in terms of how things should be done. (plus, based off Augustus's chaotic good alignment, he'd have plenty of gripes with Fitzgerald's more self-centered attitude.) while their arguments are initially pretty bad, they'd probably become more playful over time, as they get to know each other better?? they probably do have shared interests even though one's a bard and the other is planning to be a scientist, but even if that's not the case, they'd be just two fellows... trying to make the best out of life... it's just that their ways of doing so are most likely a bit Questionable(tm), and that could be like. their one bonding point at first haha-

over time, Fitzgerald would grow to enjoy Augustus's music and actually lighten up a bit, but he's also 100% a dumbass who'd get possessed whenever Augustus looks into his eyes. so at least Augustus is... sort of the voice of reason then, considering that out of the two, I feel like Fitzgerald would be the one being bitchy more often. in other words, they wouldn't have the closest or most stable dynamic, but I can see them getting along to the point where they're not exactly frenemies?? more like friendly rivals if I'm gonna be honest. :0c

you're welcome to use Fitzgerald, but keep the dynamic ideas platonic because he's romance-repulsed + probably aro ace at this point jchgusdc-

• M. Pourife (platonic preferred, but since his orientation isn't specified... romance isn't out of the question... ;))

• Brown (platonic dynamics or flings are fine, but not a legit romance. she has major commitment/trust issues thanks to Skinner if one needs context-)

so chase is a little bit older than austin, but thankfully it's not too far off! i think they could be really good friends and get along really well! austin has a pretty shaky past with bullying and what not, and i think someone who has a past from the streets where life was also difficult might be good for him to be around. chase is pretty understanding when it comes to other's and their problems, he's good at listening and also giving encouragement since he's pretty easy going. i'm not entirely sure if they would work dating wise, since chase is all over the place and might not give austin the deeper love he may want, but who knows! maybe they'd be cute and affectionate. either way, i think friendship would be easy as hell for them and really good for both! the only issue is..chase does have dog features (the glass ears), so i'm not sure if austin would be anxious by that or not. at least he's a person though and not a dog?

Okay, i know you posted as Chase and Joanne would definitely love Chase too, but after all that Sunni and Joanne have gone through how could I not ship them together LMAO. Though, their age gap is kinda big? I don't think that matters for either of them though. Like we said before, they're totally in a "friends-with-benefits," kind of relationship since... y'know, she has a boyfriend and everything. Overall, other than the "other" side of their relationship, they'd be pretty good friends. Joanne and Sunni would probably drink together a lot and she'd probably listen to a lot of his music whenever she's around him. I feel like, as friends, they'd get pretty close? I mean, for Joanne, Sunni is just a phone call away.

I can see Dean and Joanne having casual flings together- nothing serious between her having a boyfriend and Dean's overall fear of commitment even if he weren't a problem, but I can see them hooking up- maybe more than once. Although if she showed any semblance of how she acts towards Seiji to him, he would probably get reminded of his mom and nope out ASAP, haha, although she probably wouldn't given how good she is at keeping up appearances.

And on a friendship level, Joanne and my girl Taylor might get along due to them both being mutual friends with Darli!

I feel like dean and Seok would have a fun relationship. I'd like to think Seok maybe had some or two run ins with Dean as an officer. Even if it was just little things: Dean being drunk on the streets and Seok taking him in so he cant accidentally hurt himself etc etc. Seok is a naturally down to earth, gentle friendly guy, but he would be harsher and show more of his sadistic air around Dean. I feel like they would have a pretty funky frenemy relationship, one where Seok pretends to be annoyed by him, and Dean flirts but it is all just banter in the end. Just imagining Seok cuffing him and locking him in a room blasting modern pop music for an hour cos Dean's flirting is getting in his nerves X'D

Then again, Dean could have also known Roo, they may have met in a casino or pub and had a couple of on and off nights together. Roo is pretty touch starved but he wont admit it. He likes to be close to people, even strangers, and I think Dean would be his type.

Roo and Finn would definitely get along. I feel like if they were to meet they would have one of those friendships that borders on something more but never quite makes it due to external factors, but they have so much in common they'd definitely be very close friends at least! I imagine a scenario before Finn's story really begins, where he travels the world and happens to visit the city where Roo happens to live. Maybe they meet at a pub or bar and get into a scrap at first because Finn doesn't appreciate Roo's dismissive attitude, but as soon as the knives come out they laugh it off and admire each other's pieces. Once they start to open up to each other they'd find they have a lot to discuss - they're both very intelligent with criminal histories, maybe they'd exchange war stories or pointers over noodles.

Maybe they both just need someone to talk to who can relate to the loneliness, who doesn't judge or worry about them because of their criminality. I feel like they'd be able to make plans, maybe even pull off a few stunts together. Queue bromance montage. They'd come to rely and trust each other, and hang out more and more until the day something really bad happens and Finn has to disappear for both of their sakes. Maybe they could stay in touch, though~

there are a lot of characters between ours that i can see getting along. i was actually a little tempted to go for Trish/Hala based on a previous thread, but then I noticed Trish was taken :') (though i can see them being paired platonically nevertheless, and for a lot of the same reasons for below.) I was also going to go with Korrina/Maeve but then I remembered... Korrina is straight and also kind of an asshole... So... I'll just... Smash Maeve and Hala together.

They both feel as though they'd mix well together, whether that be platonically or romantically. Maybe more so the former, since Hala is quite a bit older than Maeve, I believe, but romantically could... probably work out if Maeve is into milfs or something. Who knows!

Nevertheless, I feel like Maeve would be a good change for Hala. She's peppy, genuine, and all around would be a good influence for Hala who is a lot more of a recluse with anxiety problems. And, due to secret reasons that actually aren't really that secret if one has poked around my characters enough... Maeve's ability as a pianist would be greatly appreciated by Hala. :') I feel like where they would clash most, though, is the fact that Hala is sort of a crybaby, and... to be honest, she's pretty spineless. Who knows if Maeve, who seems like a major go-getter, wants to really put up with that.

If Hala doesn't tickle your brain, then here's a tiny list of people below...

After their t i n y interaction, I really love the idea of something between Zack and Hala! Zack isn't the talkative type, so I think they'd have a lot of silences between them. It'd start off awkward at first, but I think as they get along it becomes this cozy "You being here is enough" kind of silence. Although he's pretty quiet, I think he be sure to tell Hala everyday how pretty she is and how kind she is.
Them liking small animals would undoubtedly take up most of their time. If she were in his time, Zack would constantly be showing her his blog and all the animals on it, and would let her in the pet shop all the time to play with the animals. I can picture him trying to convince her that spiders could be cute if you put a little hat on them, and her just breaking into tears over how horrifying they still were KEKEKEK. I think if he were in her time they would just gather around a tree or a bush to look at a wild hedgehog in awe. I can also picture Hala teaching Zack all about falcons, and he'd be absolutely fascinated with it (he'd try to put a tiny cowboy hat on one too, I just know it).
I think they'd be an awkward couple, but one that has a comfort and happiness between them!

that's CUTE! Zack would probably scare a lot of clients Ben works with too KEKEKEK and I could totally see him getting pictures of his daughter with bunnies and kittens and such. It'd make his page SKYROCKET.

Ben and Zack maybe? Ben takes his job very seriously too and would know better than to post a bunch of f-bombs on Zack's page. Both also are around the same age, and the girl Ben is taking care of, Sumire (she's part of the package with Ben sorry not sorry), is very cutesy, dresses up in Lolita fashion, and certainly isn't camera shy if Zack would need her for photo-ops with the pets! Ben would also be willing to let Zack suck his blood every now and again because he's just a teensy bit masochistic but also because he's a caring person and doesn't mind it (and frankly, probably brags about it after. Not completely altruistic of him _{but shut up he got blood didn't he let the man brag >:u}). I dunno I thought it'd be kinda cute!

ben and puck would never work for real ben is too much of a city slicker for that to happen haha. for japes though ben is crafty enough to play with his feelings and escape the hellbilly deluxe. all that being said i do enjoy our ben/puck interactions though. its good shit

ben/rane on the other hand is a bit more doable although i see them as more of a fling thing too! ben's a top ;) he's just not a power top/assertive/ect. hes really like. reserved sexually (thanks years of religious repression!!!) and is surrounded in lawyerverse by a fuckton power bottom twinks with dean being like. the only exception. he needs someone to boss him around basically LOL. i dont think rane would mind. also they can go to mcr concerts together
