Alright. Hear me out on these two. HUEHUEHUE. Quite the opposite. But these two can make great traveling buddies! They would be more like friendship buddy pal type of ship! Pomme is just your average college art kid. Living his perhaps rather regular college life. BUT. Arkine comes in and flips it around. I see that he has already met a stranger by the name of Johnny that may have fliped his life around already. So I suppose Arkine can take him on crazy life threatening adventures! See the galaxy! And bring him back home before dinner type of deal. Arkine don't wanna upset Apple now. You know... Kinda like what Rick does to Morty. Huehue. Arkine has a special necklace that lets him port all over the universe! Pomme gets to go on these WILD adventures and gets ALL these inspiration for his art. Since he always carries a sketch book around, huehue. Maybe he even gets to see Johnny's side of life? Arkine's special necklace portal can almost take you anywhere!

But I mean.... for another ship I'd love to see... I've been wanting the fiend and the cupid. I'd love to go in details. But I gotta keep this thread clean. Ha! So imma just toss that idea out there tho.. Huehue.

I think Arkine and Sarangerel would make a nice little pair- a sort of friendly rivalry, probably? They're both adventurers of a sort, so I can see them running into each other quite often, especially since both of them seem drawn to whatever gives them the most thrill. They seem like the type to both tackle the same challenge at the same time just to get bragging rights over the other. Arkine's hair-trigger temper would also make a fine contrast to Sarangerel's sort of quiet, brooding rage- she's exquisitely violent, but she's transparent about doing what she does just for the rush- and I think she'd probably purposefully set him off just to see him blow up at her. She passes it off as trying to keep him motivated towards whatever goal they've decided to chuck themselves both at, but in reality, it's just for fun. She's probably far kinder to the rest of Team Awesome- it's only Arkine she's really interested in. He's simultaneously just a curiosity to her, and something more.

I'm gonna go and say Corelane. Corelane is an alien and she enjoys human experimentation. I feel like she would hit it off with Taffy talking about their experiences with humans and and trying to blend in with them. I feel like they could probably get along just well posing as a couple even if it is only to create a more 'authentic' way of blending in. I can also see Corelane stopping in with some  fresh meat for Taffy's store. First date would be ??? who knows, not them, they don't know where humans go on dates.

I'm always down for Achi being shipped but Horen, Haimati, Hype, Bellazhanna, Zakka, and Eshelle work too. Really anyone in the OC folder if none of these ladies strike your fancy.

Ooh! I'm thinking something with Archer and Achi (possibly more platonic). Achi's utter strength and magic would really impress Archer, and he'd probably work really hard to get on her good side. I'm not entirely sure what's pulling me to them in particular, maybe something about a magic street performer trying to woo a demonic queen is really cute to me. I'm not sure how impressed she'd be with him, but he'd try really hard. He'd definitely try to cook for her and treat her like absolute royalty like he thinks she deserves, for sure. Also considering his love for gods and other beings, he'd probably offer to write many stories in her honor, being an author and all.

this is based on past forum game interactions so v_v i like the idea of... irritable buff old man and hot demon woman being friends at the very least, even if flavio's got a wife [and a boyfriend but we don't mention him]

i feel like they would just get along pretty well! flavio wouldn't be thought of highly for being buddy-buddy with a demon, ofc, but he'd be fond of her nevertheless. i can see them especially bonding over that nature walk, and their love for certain flora/fauna. i just live for platonic partnerships, and here i can see that def being a thing between them...

if Flavio isn't your style, I can also offer these three characters! just keep in mind ages. :v

i LOVE the idea of En and Flavio being together [disregarding Flavio's wife but like ... they're in a pretty open relationship anyway so who cares]

while i don't think Flavio would be super mean to En just because the guy's a king, respect doesn't necessarily mean like so... :') but, the guy could also use a bit of opening up, as he doesn't have many companions in-canon to chat up, part of that being because he's kind of an asshole. at some point, he would certainly come to adore En.

also honestly i could see Flavio forcing En to grab some specimens from around Ophesia/Litari for him... be them plants or animals...

I think they'd meet either when En's visiting higher ups in Ophesia or when Flavio visits Litari probably to help En with some war council talk. I think Flavio would think, with how tough and stern En LOOKS, that he's a man's man kinda person, kind of the same as him where they don't let emotions dictate what either of them do, and he'd like him. Until they're talking and he learns that En's a lot more emotional than he looks, then he'd decide he doesn't like him. THEN after some time he'd probably realize that maybe, just maybe, it's okay to not be a block of ice.
But it's because of that kind of emotional difference that I think there's potential for a LOT of fun. Flavio likes to spar, so he'd probably get his first glimpse of accepting En when they fight and holy cow the king is way stronger than he predicted. Or if someone came up to En to give him a doll as thanks for helping them and he shows Flavio and questions why he's suddenly pale. Or even En getting his own glimpse into Flavio's depth by visiting him and catching him in his garden.
Ngl I think I would HATE how it starts out, like with Flavio being so mean and harsh to En, but once you get past that and into that warmth they have for each other, I'd LOVE it.

I have Papa En here, but you could also ship with younger En, or even his evil AU! Doesn't have to be romantic kinds of pairings, either!

I kept forgetting to reply BUT!! BUT??? That is... a blessed friendship   I can't wait to see Xander's reaction to En all, "He's the King of Sirens! He's got to be a great singer, just humble!" then hears him and is all "oh" KEKEKEK. AND YES, a lil moment where En explains why he chose to stick with the loser title and encouraging Xander that nobody's as bad a critic as yourself and all that, oh I'd MELT! And it'd also open up how Xander and Clayton hang out so much a;slkdf

OK , OK, listen I have this cute idea that Xander could have given En singing lessons. First with a lot of political pressure, later just for fun. Listen, I'm all here for a friendship that started a bit rough that grew into a really genuine and strong bond? I cry ok. I love to imagine as well that, En learns Xander over time to just embrace failures/ the names he gets called / the weird looks the richer folk gave him and just slowly learns from En how to 'own' it you know. Like, i'd imagine they can learn so much from each other, not only singing but in a social way as well! Maybe En can learn Xander to be a bit more loose (finger drumming on the table well talking about music/practicing im here), and Xander can learns him some small etiquette and how to say a "fuck you :)" but polite and political accepted.

Usually anyone or anything with singing prowess, I'd ship with Aether. But let me take this opportunity to plop in his father instead.

A literal god (of Rhythm and Harmony), who found his way down to mortal realms and suddenly felt lured by a voice that stood out from most. And not only it was wondrous, it was the loudest he's heard... and he didn't mind it either way. Charles would be rather intrigued as to a human can be born with such a voice, and now he remains until he finds out what happened to him. And depending on the situation, he'll try to use his powers to ascend his powers even further if Charlemagne liked him enough. Regardless, Charlemagne wants to hear Xander sing, and he simply wishes that his voice will be remembered for eternity.

Also Charlemgane is pretty dickish towards humans and cares little about them. Perhaps Xander will be the next person to teach him the importance of human life, especially when Xander died once.

August HATES the gods. He thinks they're behind his bloodline's poor luck, and he wants to eliminate them all, so the minute he meets Hara it's all locked on target. Ironically, he's related to a god (Charlemagne, actually!) and has some godly powers, so I'm sure Hara would taunt him about it a lot, making him even angrier.
Their relationship would definitely start off rocky, with August constantly trying to kill him and Hara constantly mocking him. I could see him hanging around August a lot for that and the amusement he brings, and after a while August would silently simmer and (barely) tolerate him being around.
Maybe at some point they touch and, though he doesn't get much of it, Hara gets a taste of the emperor's spiritual power, and with the god relation it tastes really good and gives him a small power boost? Maybe that could also be a contributing factor for him staying around? And it could also be a reason to give August some information about other gods or even helping him fight them? With that kind of help, I think August's anger would slowly calm down into his own amusement, and maybe after some time it blooms into that kind of romance that's not really full of love and caring, but more "You're interesting, I like that"; friends with benefits, more like?

The first thing that went through my mind reading Ninel’s profile was that, since she can summon demons, she’d accidentally summon D00dl3s at some point. It says Ninel likes cats, so she might try to act like D00dl3s was a domesticated cat and start petting her and stuff- which, ngl, she’d love. Also, they’re both possessed, so that could be a fun interaction between Ninel‘s demon and Scr1bbl3s popping in and being annoying during some sort of theoretical conversation. I think it’d not be as friendly but more awkward, since I don’t think D00dl3s would actually know how to initiate conversation so she’d just.. be obnoxious while Ninel tried to talk about something lol

This’d definitely be exclusively a friendship, since D00dl3s already is in a relationship, a literal cat, and is over 10 years younger-
