Basically this works like the original Write a Headcanon about the OC Above thread, buuut this thread's moderated, so there's an actual mod for the thread and there's rules.
Rules (Don't get intimidated by these, so far everything's been good! Basically the tl;dr is put in effort and you'll be fine)
- Please stay serious about your headcanons unless the person above states they're ok with crack headcanons; if you want to write crack headcanons, there's a thread for that.
- Please put effort; while in this thread post length =/= total amount of effort, please make an effort to read bios and such.
- You don’t have to write as much as the person above you if the above person wrote a lot but you should still put effort in.
- Don't restate info already said in character bios or write headcanons that are unrelated to the bio.
- Don't write headcanons about a topic if the person above doesn't want them. If you break this rule intentionally you'll get a strike.
- Wait until 3 other people have posted or until 24 hours have passed; whichever comes first.
- You can claim a post, but please don't leave it unfilled for a long time.
- If the character above has a mature block and you are a minor, do not claim until a character without a mature block is posted.
- It is recommended (although not required) to leave a character without a mature block in case the thread gets stuck.
- Please do not post "kinsonas" or the like in this thread, unless they have more characterization beyond being a different version of a character; I'm sorry to make an entire rule excluding a character type, but due to recent issues this can halt the game.

- wanted to be a poet in 6th grade. Was inspired by Edgar Allen Poe
- has patches of skeletal animals

- had very good hand writing. Can even write in really good cursive

-Grew up having to be the adult in the family which led to her being very mature for her age.
-Has a really hard time talking about herself. She’s been around for so long she’s started to forget things and it hurts.
-Keeping her powers contained makes her really irritable. She does it for her own good but she knows she needs to find a better way to get it under wraps.
-Is really sentimental for everything she writes/paints. Admittedly she knows she doesn’t need it all but she would feel bad throwing any of it out.
-Naturally attracts yokai just because she is one herself. Of course; she hates it.
- Lockhart used to be very nervous about over-charging for his goods, but over time he has become more and more brazen about it, and now he doesn't even bat at eye at charging ten bucks for a cookie
- Lockhart loves using only local produce to bake his goods, and will avoid buying from foreign merchants whenever he can
- His "assassination" was just an impulsive, spur-of-the-moment action, and he didn't intend on the person who ate the spicy food to actually die. He feels kind of bad about it, but he wouldn't want to undo it
-King has a deep affinity for collecting and preserving lost treasures from shipwrecks, both as tokens of his victory but also as a way to preserve history.
-Probably has some sort of literal Magic Conch Shell. He keeps a lot of artifacts in general. The sea is so expansive.
-However expansive the sea may be, he harbors a longing to explore the lands beyond Musicland's oceans, but his duty keeps him tethered to his domain.
-While he may not openly express joy, King experiences a profound sense of fulfillment and purpose when he witnesses the growth/flourishing of the coral reefs & underwater gardens under his protection. Perhaps as a show of pride rather than genuine concern for the ocean.
-King has developed a system of underwater communication using movements and patterns in the water, allowing him to convey messages and establish connections with other water-based creatures. This is purely so he does not have to speak with people in person.
- there are myths going around that if you cut of Self's tail and ear it you will become immortal
- whenever people try to purposefully find Self to harm it, Self seemingly vanishes and the desert gets hotter than usual
- eventually people who came to the desert leave or die of heat exhaustion
- has mystical powers which get stronger when it's sunset

- He has tried to start more collections than he can count, but something’s has always gotten in the way making him loose or misplace them, causing him to either give up, or start all over again.
- He has a slight interest in geology and rocks, and will stop for a moment to look every time he sees a neat rock on the side of the road or trail. He ends up having to dump his pockets out due to how many rocks and pebbles he picks up.
- Forgets to breathe. As in, he can get so fixated on something or lost in thought, he holds his breath without realizing, so he ends up getting lightheaded, and only than he remembers he needs to breathe.
- Really, really, really wants to learn a stringed instrument, but he doesn’t want to commit the time nor effort, so he’s just really salty about his lack of commitment.

- Talus is a very hands on parent, but not to pilot what his kid does. He wants her to know she has his full support.
- He's had so much time to himself, so he can afford to spend a lot of time learning about his daughter's hobbies.
- He's the type of person to show off his magic to a drunk crowd. They won't remember it, so why not?
- He has a very detailed beauty regimen. He probably doesn't need it, but who can deny all the nice smells?
- VERY upset with the change in coca-cola's recipe. He preferred the original's "kick."
- Will start trouble and then just watch the sparks fly.
- Probably someone who goes online, posts controversial opinions, then watches as it erupts.
- Actually good at making pretty blogs and websites that you wouldn't realise comes from him, of all people.
- The ears are sensitive. Touching them is a good way to ensure a painful death.
- Knows more about you than you think and will probably spill out the details during casual chats. The more unnerved the others, the funnier it gets.
- This is actually pretty much canon, especially since sound manipulation is his ability.
- Checking in how they're doing is definitely a Finnel thing, considering how potentially clingy he can get!
