🌟COMFYS🌟~ [CONCLUDED] MYO, & RAFFLE EVENT!!

The Storm in the Distant Skies...
It was truly a day like no other.
The ever bright and sunny skies of Sanctuary Square all at once trembled and churned; its light dim and its clouds twisting into unnatural shapes as the sky began to warp and rip itself apart. With the ferocity of a beast cursed with endless hunger, an unrelenting swarm of monsters and creatures of the dark tore through the Astral Pocket's barrier like fabric--with a force too vast to quickly repair or defend against--and poured in through the newly formed crevice as if it were a gaping maw. Fierce quakes rocked the ground as swarms upon swarms fell towards the celestial earth, scattering in all directions to take up the most amount of space before the world's natural defenses could usher them out. With the incoming enslaught quickly approaching, the Comfys took immediate action; summoning their weapons, readying for a fight while hurredly hiding away those who could not within nearby shelter. The distance skies transforming into a growing mass of darkness that approached the Square at alarming speed.
Like a ravenous and harrowing tsunami, the Square was devoured by the darkness; all corners enveloped in a suffocating haze as harsh winds battered the populace, sweeping away loose debris and shattering windows as the malicious forces weakened and wore down the bricks and cobblestone of each and every structure, street, and building that came across its path. Tooth and claw, indiscriminantly lashing out at whatever came near, swallowing up the plaza and alleys with their burdening negativity.

Luckily, breaking through the Astral Pockets barrier was a task that required monstrous amounts of power; a cost that most certainly left the opposition significantly weakened from the sacrifice. While their numbers remained overwhelming, the Comfys were able to slowly regain ground and push back against the assault upon their once peaceful town. The proximity to the Flame of Passion likely also aiding the citizens in defending their region with its presence, with the shadows evidently unable to reach the Sanctuary in which it resides. Slowly but surely, the remaining monsters were eventually stamped out and ejected from the dimension, the rest sputtering into helpless mist from the abundance of celestial energies within the atmosphere of the Astral Pocket slowly dispersing their influence into the winds. Despite the chaos of the frenzy, and the sheer number of malicious forces that the Comfys had to contend with, everyone's quick reactions managed to get the town's citizens miraculously past the worst of it mostly unscathed.

Unfortunately, their quaint little town didn't quite come out of this incident the same...

Suffice it to say, they've got their work cut out for them.
But first we should celebrate!!!
IT'S BONFIRE NIGHT!

The key to a Comfy's life is their spirit!
And so it's important to boost morale when times are rough, and celebrate every triumph! Well, so Kit says.
After the rather unexpected, and highly unprecedented, attack on the Square, it's time to take a well deserved break before repairs get underway!
With the mood high and spirits even higher, the Flame of Passion has been thoroughly fueled with new ferver and life.
Who knows what'll spawn from those sparks!

What's all this hubbub?
Bonfire Night is super lovely and fun and all, but after all the fun is done and the heat of the excitement dies down, it's time to get to work! Surely you remember the awful extent of the absolute havoc those pesky shadows wreaked upon their home? Well the town's not going to fix itself, now is it? Everything going on and needs to be done might seem rather overwhelming at first, but that's why we'll be taking this one step at a time! Please remember that at the end of the day, the most important part is having fun!
