hey since it's currently my break week (and i'm sick yay), i figured i could try to draw up some freebies for people since i finally have the free time, and maybe do these in between work
- please do not just drop your character on here, things like just commenting w/ a link or something to that effect makes it just feels like you're only seeing me as a machine to do free art and it pisses me off, just don't do it
- at least say something about your day, your characters, my characters/ art, anything, instead. of. just. dropping. them. i will absolutely not draw your characters if you're being so obvious of wanting free art.
- i want to give back to the community w/ all the art i can muster, please treat me as another member instead of just a chance to get free art.
- only one character to offer is highly preferred, but feel free to put only 3 characters maximum if you want me to choose
- any character is fine (ex. original, fan, anthro, feral, cs/ os, etc.) note: i'm more confident in drawing humanoid tho lol
- will range from any type (chibis, bust/ waist up/ full body, icons, etc.) and any type of quality (hq or lq, sketch, line art, full coloured, etc.) depending on my mood
i want to try to do fcfs, but idk how likely it'd beno longer fcfs lol sorry (please don't be upset if i end up not drawing your character)- if you happen to draw any of my characters that's a 100% guarantee that i'd draw for you as a thank you (please give me time though)

I'd appreciate a drawing of Julia. :)
She's got walls and walls of text on her profile but you don't have to read all of it. The gist is that she's a roleplay character from 1940s England who passes for a man. After playing with her for 18 months she finally came out with her biological gender to the core NPCs and the other player. Thus I was hoping to celebrate by getting some art of her as a woman. She's going to get magitek prosthetics but their design isn't clear yet so unless you want to give designing them a shot then perhaps her arms should be covered by gloves?
Other than that I think you can have artistic freedom with her clothes and hair (they're naturally short, but hair extensions exist :P) if you like. The only really definite thing is that she'd have some red around her neck in the form of a neckscarf or a nice ribbon,
EDIT: And if you don't feel like designing her outfit from scratch then I can of course provide dress references or you can base her outfit on anything she's wearing on existing images.
Thank you in advance. :D If she doesn't strike your fancy then that's fine but I felt that your style could work well with a somewhat more butch/androgynous character.

If Julia's no good then my second preference might be a picture for Darell of Candia aka. a fallen angel character of mine. I know he's got no art of him but he's essentially Dardariel except ~10 years older, more worn out, and with a beard. Likely wearing a very worn-out version of something like this with plenty of bird feathers (particularily those of a jay) stuck in his hat.

Quibly-Roo welcome to toyhou.se! to link a character in the comments, just simply go to the character's profile and copy the url of the page and paste! and it should automatically be a link to the url!
other people also use the toggle on the upper left of the comment box to change from 'ooc' (out of character) to 'ic' (in character) and it should bring up a select button where you can choose which character you want to comment as (i believe this feature is mainly used for role play, but in threads like these it just makes it easier to link characters) names highlighted are the character's names with the commenter's username right beside it (just like this one!)
